I purchased a Ruby and pearl necklace and earrings, Ruby and diamond bracelet and ring. They arrived promptly. They were not what I expected. The quality of the stones would barely pass as costume jewelry. I reached out to CS, and returned the product for a refund minus shipping. The refund was received.
Ordered 3 pair of earrings that were on clearance. The sterling silver hoop earrings were surprisingly bigger than I thought. The description prior to ordering didn't specify how many inches they were. They're about 2 inch long, oval style. A bit disappointed. I'm looking for a deal on about an inch in good quality pair of hoop earrings, preferably 14kt gold. May give them to one of my daughters. The other 2 pair earrings I ordered, I'm satisfied with.
Love my bracelet but I find this magnetic closure extension come apart easily and my long necklaces always stick to it. If I doing something with metal around I'm afraid I'm going to loose the bracelet because the magnets will come apart. I'll likely go to my local jeweler and have them add a completely different clasp that will not come apart to this degree.
Normally, I am very satisfied with my purchases from Ross Simons, however when I recently received my 14kt gold Murano glass bead necklace, it was simply thrown into a jewelry bag which upon opening revealed a knotted mess that I could not unravel. I called customer service and they sent me return postage. I sent it back and am awaiting a replacement, hopefully not knotted!
