Disappointed

I order pink pearl studs earrings as a gift to go with a pink necklace I had recently ordered.

The pink of the studs earring is so faint they almost appear white. I guess that is what you get with sale items.

No real deals for as much as I've spent. It's so hard to accurately get any discounts other than what already marked down. I will probably still order because I really like the jewelry. But it's hard to find others that like it as much as I do other than my daughter. It feels like shopping with my hand tied behind my back. Phyl C.

This is the second time I was succored in to purchase a ring from Ross-Simon. I should have known better but I hoped it I was wrong. The jewelry looks SO beautiful online. I looked and looked. The ring kept coming up in my newsfeed. Facebooks algorithm knows me so well. I finally gave in. After all I can return it right? Well - again the ring was CHEAP. Absolutely cheap, everything about it. The stones, the metal, the weight. So disappointed. I put it on. I kept staring at it. I asked my daughter. Without telling her what I paid - I said what do you think? Handed her the ring. She looked at it. Looked at me - handed it back. Said it is CHEAP. Exact words. When I told her I paid $200 for it, I was embarrassed. I tried to like it - to keep it. Why... Please change your model and supplier. You don't have to do this. Use better materials.

Very disappointed

I have shopped at Ross Simons for many years. The multi gemstone bracelet was a big disappointment. It was so minuscule that it could not be seen when wearing. I did not order the gold over silver one since the ring I bought that was gold over silver cracked and flaked away. What a waste. I will return the bracelet and the ring. Hopefully, the problem with gold over silver jewelry can be solver.

Chain Saga

I need a chain for a specific pendent. I first ordered a.7mm chain that looked fine online, but when I received it, it is too delicate for the pendent. Next I ordered a paperclip chain that looks nice and would have worked, but the jumpring end is too large to thread the pendent on. I also do NOT like the "spring clasp" on either chain. The jump ring on the first is so small that whenever you touch the clasp it springs closed. The paperclip clasp was likewise touchy and both were almost impossible to use. I am returning both chains ASAP.

The first sales associate was very very Rude! I asked him about the items i was looking for. And he said "WHAT DOES IT SAY? He was very nasty.so i asked him could i speak to a supervisor? That's when he hung up me! Not a pleasant experience he was very nasty! The next morning i called again to place an order the young lady was very apologetic and helpful so that's where i am at with my experience with Ross-Simons
