Some of the "good" reviews are fake, and the rest have ordered jewellery or accessories, things they DONT make. So if you believe you will get what is shown on picture, think again. If you do order something, then myself and all other true reviewers say, "Told you so" Check out my photo's. Picture of dress I thought I was ordering, and pictures of the stained joke they sent me. AND PLEASE ROSEWHOLESALE LIARS DO NOT SEND ANY MORE GARBAGE REPLYS SAYING THAT YOU ARE WORKING WITH ME TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION BEACAUSE YOU ARE NOT! I ALSO REVEWIED THE DRESS ON THEIR WEBSITE, NO SWEARS OR REFERENCES TO ANY OTHER RETAILERS, AND THEY WILL NOT PRINT IT. TAKE NOTE THAT NO CLOTHING ITEMS HAVE REVIEWS PRINTED. HMMMM I WONDER WHY? BECAUSE THERE ARE NO GOOD ONES PEOPLE.

They are so slow no need for that, we buy product from many Asian based companies this one we will never deal with again. Still waiting a month later no product and still no response to our question where is it! We got a response we will get back to you usually with in 24 hrs we are now on day 5. THEY SAY THEY SENT IT MAY 22,2015 NOW THE 17TH OF JUNE.

I recently purchased 6 items from Rosewholesale. After paying more in shipping charges than the actual product I received my order after about a month. The quality of the items was appalling! Three of the items were thrown out immediately, another was shipped in the wrong size (ordered M and recd XL - of which they will only refund 25% and I need to return it at MY cost!. One item had to be re sewn to be able to wear it and the last one you couldn't get your arms through the armholes of the top! Do not bother ordering anything from the company, it is a total waste of money and time.

Following a review I wrote about the poor quality of their products RoseWholesale replied directly to my comment offering a refund, and asked me to update my comment on Jabber. I replied I would once my credit card was credited. Then 1-2 days later, again the customer service writes to me again and says they have to wait for some information from the shipping company before they can confirm I can be refunded! Ireplied asking what was this procedure about and they never answered! I can tell you I did get the top I bought... but it went to the garbage!... Giving this to someone as a gift is a joke!
Let me give you a good advise. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!... They are not a trustworthy company... Their merchandise is of very very bad quality and from my experience, even if you go into the complaint and reimbursement process, they do not give a real after sales service (they want you to think they do but they don't)... Very disappointing... 23$ with shipping & handling that is thrown in the garbage with my top!

I have mentioned in my previous comments as I was pissed off because I haven't received my items. It seems I have chosen the ground shipping and there is no tracking available it was the reason that the items got delayed. However, the customer service is excellent and they were able to give me my full refund. I' glad.

I've read some reviews here that state that rose wholesale is a scam, or that the items are too small, or that customer service is terrible but I've experienced the complete opposite... First of all, I received all six of my items. One of the rings that I bought was broken during delivery and when I told them about it, they gave me a full refund. The items I got were beautiful and better looking quality than some of the other popular stores I've shopped at.
Also... They even give you a size chart! How can you complain about the items being too small? They give you so much info on the item under the item's description. It's impossible to be surprised about your item... unless you don't read. Measure yourself correctly and you'll be fine. Yes the items run smaller and you may have to order a large when you're used to being a medium at Target or whatever, but that's no big deal.
My experience with the customer service is better than the customer service I'd receive at other popular places. They replied the next day without fail and they were completely polite and apologetic about the item that was broken during delivery. They gave me a full refund.
You also get rewards points just for logging in. I thought that was pretty cool. I'm always checking to see what new things come in.
I'll definitely be a customer for a long time.

As a vintage photo model I am always looking for Inspiration for my photo shootings. Since I am a Student, I can't always afford handmade Dresses and such. At Rosewholesale, I always find a cute dress or some accessoires that suit me and the Prices are spectacular. The package arrives quickly, considering the international shipping. Prices were so good for what was displayed so I ordered three items. I had to pay international postage to Australia more than what items costs. Thought it still worth it! They sent me two items wrong out of three. After my complain they agreed to partial refund base on return policy only on the item - no postage refund although it wasn't my fault. I have to pay for return on my cost! They fool you to buy whats in the the picture, you receive a totally different item and you get to keep the unwanted, ugly, very cheap quality, off cut, xxxsmall item. Rip off! They are cheap and that is why not worth your time fighting for refund and that is how they make money!

I ordered two sets of jewelry and three swimsuits- the price was so good I couldn't resist. Ya, that should have been my first clue. I received one set of jewelry and one swimsuit, and never received the rest. The size of the swimsuit I did receive was so small, it looked like a child size and I couldn't even get it up my leg. I emailed them with my complaint and they said they would call me in a couple of days- ya, they never did. I never heard back from them and I never got the rest of my order or my money back for the merchandise I didn't receive. Don't get sucked in like I did! Stay away!

I Hate This Site

So here is an update. I received a full refund from rosewholesale.com. My order still did not arrive. It looks as if it was delayed forever in customs. I may try ordering again in the future because they have some great looking stuff from what I can tell. I like the prices too. So if you order good luck. I ordered a coat in March, shipped 04/02/2015. I have never received my coat. Now they want me to send MORE money and they will resend my coat! I am trying to get the word out that they are not a reputable company. Rosewholesale continues to ask me to remove my comment. They are "going" to refund my money and they have not! A wonderful clock

I found the website Rosewholesale.com fortuitously, I browse the site and found an absolutely wonderful watch. I ordered the large and it was surprise when I received arrived very quickly and we received directly into the mail box, the clock was very well amblat and arrived in perfect condition. Yeah, that is what I got from them. My parcel has been sitting in a warehouse for two months, according to the tracking number. The address is correct; things are shipped here (to my workplace) all the time. However, they let me know that "Technically, Rosewholesale is not liable for this. Therefore there should be no compensation in such cases." So I spent $161 on some items from a site (that has shipped to me before) to merely have them deny me the product or compensation. Thanks Rosewholesale, I trusted you. (In case you did not catch that, the thanks was ironic, meaning I did not mean it - why would I thank you for taking my money and denying me my product?).
