Rosewe is pretty amazing. I have not had to return anything due to dissatisfaction or anything else. I bought several pieces and only one dress was too short so I'm going to gift it to a lady I'm my circle that's my size but shorter that's how beautiful and well made that dress is. I'm very selective about my style of dress and I am well pleased. Thank you Rosewe for being who you say your are. This helps people that are skeptical like me breathe a sigh of relief.
The sizes are true to the size guide, the prices are amazing, what you see is what you get, the shipping is timely, and I have gotten lots of compliments on just about every item I have ever worn from Rosewe. I'm almost 5'9" tall and have had no problems with the length on the items I have purchased. In fact, I feel as if these clothes were made for me.
Upon first contact, the CS is via chat but the rep was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable, but didn't resolve my issue. The 2nd rep Lydia, emailed and inserted a link within the chat for a return label.
