I placed an order last week. They payment was released from my account on 9/13/2022. I accidentally deleted my order confirmation that housed all of the information I would need to track my order. Crazy me, also entered an incorrect email address, which made it impossible to find the confirmation via email.
After contacting Dharani, via chat, and sharing my story and complete name, within seconds... literally, within seconds, I had all of the pertinent data in hand. I was able to finally breathe a sign of relief knowing that my order has been shipped and will "with fingers crossed" reach me in time for my weekend event.
This is the best customer service and such a professionally handled situation that I have had the privilege to experience in years!

The delivery was very timely and the dresses are beautiful, good quality, classy rich in color. They both are true to size. I ordered a size L and both fit perfectly. I will order some more classy dresses and maybe jumpsuits.
I was disappointed cause I couldn't get the dress that I had ordered it was for a very special occasion, now I have to wear something else.
I ordered the wrong size in two out of three item's, the customer service department was quick to respond to changing size and i will still get my items in a timely manner.
Hopefully, Lydia has helped me to resolve an issue that has gone on for about 1-1/2 weeks.
