Ordering from Rosewe was my worst experience online shopping. The quality of the products is super cheap. They do not offer return label so you have to pay for return shipment. Their customer service is awful. They do not respond to you accurately. I ordered 5 items and had to return all as the color and the quality was poor. Their product is so different from what they show in their website
I place a order the beginning of November 2022 and it's now January 12 and I still have not got my order as of today and keep being told they working with me never again will I order or recommend anyone yes clothes line look nice but I got trick up

I did not receive all of my packages over the holidays. Thanks to my points and quality customer loyalty, I received a complimentary necklace. I never received the necklace. Even after discussing this issue with multiple agents, it remains unresolved.
This is my frustration. What is the point of offering a product and not sending it? In addition to the initial order, I have forwarded pictures and copies of receipts. The customer service agent sent me a snapshot of items I did not order (blue and green shirts with a necklace). This is bad customer service and makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

A lot of the items are good quality with good price. However, I've purchased some clothings that was not great quality and the sizings were off, some ran small and some ran large.

I requested to Return (3) items on 12/19/2022 and was told I would receive the return information with in 48 hours and still haven't received the information. I did a chat with a representative from Roswe reference the return and was told i will get 20% off my return and will receive an email again in 48 hours, which pushed my purchase /return date out further. My only disappointment experience
Was that I thought l order a medium
But I got a small and it didn't fit I would like to get another one
I like my dress, if fits very well,and i'm looking forward to were it at the event i get it for.
I brought two dresses from them i don't like the quality, looks nothing like the pictures got in touch with Shein never received a ticket for my items still waiting to hear from them
Answer: I agree with Latasha about both. Placing your address here is not a great idea. This company is a scam. After a very long wait on my product I realized the material wasn't even worth putting on my puppy. The pictures are downloaded from other places or sites and the clothes doesn't remotely resemble the picture. I would never order from them again nor would I recommend it to anyone. In any case if you like wasting money then by all means here's the place for you

Answer: I would never buy from them. If you want to return something they only give you 30% back! The dress I purchased didn't even fit. It was made so poorly that it wouldn't fit anyone! The arm holes were way to small and the material laid awkward.

Answer: Amber you won't receive it or you will receive something and you will want a refund because the clothes look like s@#t! You may just get a piece of fabric not even sawn on! Then you are going to request a refund and they will tell you that you will need to pay for the shipping and to re-consider the refund as it is not worth the extra fee (weird). Once you send it back they will pretend that they have never received it even though I sent mine back on registered mail and someone actually signed for it and I got notified. I don't think I will ever see my money back! They are a bunch or scumbags!
