Rosewe is a total scam. I ordered $202 worth of stuff. Immediately after placing my order I opened a ticket to see if I could change all the sizes from small to large. They said they would charge me $3 for each item change. I told them that was silly because that what was not in their policy and I had literally sent them an email within minutes of placing the order so it wasn't an exchange because my order hadn't even been processed. If it had been processed or shipped, I would understand paying an exchange fee. So I asked them to just cancel the order. They said they would still have to charge me $3 for each item as a cancellation fee... Again, the order hadn't even been processed, hadn't shipped and this was not clearly indicated in their policy. Then they said they would only give me store credit for items I had never received.

Say whaaaaat?

You can't return or exchange items you never even received for store credit.

So I contacted paypal. Pleaded my case, they opened up a dispute and rosewe refunded my paypal account two days later - all $202.45.

Boo-ya!

Seriously, so grateful to paypal. Stay clear of this place.

I had written a review previously, but I noticed for every (real) bad review, there are 10 to 20 glowing reviews ( in poor English) that follow, meant to bury the poor one. This company should spend its time and energy trying to improve their product and policies, instead of writing false reviews. The product is garbage, most likely made by indentured (slave)

I ordered my package with priority shipping on the 7th, it is now the 26th and it still has not finished processing. After several attempts to contact customer service through phone and the contact us links on the website i have yet to receive any explanation. I'm starting to think they either had to go make material and sew my stuff together by hand or this is not a legit business. Did i just get scammed?! Uuugghhhh the FRUSTRATION...

The dress I received was not as pictured or described. I was unable to get Rosewe to respond to my multiple "tickets" submitted to apply for a refund. Very disappointed! I do not recommend or nor will I ever order from Rosewe again!

This is the 3rd time I have ordered from Rosewe. I find even if I order sizes bigger its still tooo small. I normally fit a size L, I ordered XXL on a winter coat with a zip out lining. I can't fit the coat without the lining let alone with. The first time I ordered a dress from this company & measure to see if it was long enough. The dress came 4 inches shorter then advertised. The last time I ordered, the top fit. I'm really disappointed but not mailing back because of their policy on ordering the wrong size even if I measured & bought big. Also it took 5 weeks to arrive.

Paid for my order - took an inordinate amount of time to arrive by which time I had opened a dispute with Paypal. Order arrived and has been promptly consigned to the rubbish bin - clothes are cheap, ill fitting and very very poor quality. I had tried to contact them by email through their website to no avail. I can see their so called responses on the review page but would be very interested to know if any customer ever got their money back. This site is to be avoided if you don't want to spend your money on cheap rubbishy clothing.

I ordered from here as well as a friend of mine and neither of us ever recieved our orders. The customer service is horrifying and I am pretty sure they hire outsiders to write bogus reviews for them, claiming amazing delivery and customer service. Yeah, the prices are amazing - but you're only giving them your money for basically nothing in return. All in all, if you want to donate your money to a bunch of greedy jerks who only know how to take and rip people off - definitely order. All it is is a pathetic charity.

I feel sad for you who run this store. You should have feelings.

I ordered a bikini from this site before I read any reviews. It was a replica of a triangl bikini for £70 cheaper. The picture was from a triangl website which only worried me after I purchased it. The reviews were terrible and I just accepted that my bikini wasn't going to be nice at all. The shipping time wasn't great and then i accepted it wasn't going to even come. But in all fairness, packages from China aren't usually fast, however it came this morning and it was absolutely perfect. Im so happy with it it fits perfectly and the material is great. Yes, due to the bad reviews I understand not everybody's experiences are amazing but mine was and I don't think the bad reviews should put people off. The stuff is super cheap and I feel like it's worth the risk. Because I am truly so pleased 5 stars.

I really like the midi-length dresses. I think this is a classy piece. The sleeves are nice and long and the length falls right beneath the knee. I purchased the small in white. I'm 5'3" and about 125 lbs. While it is extremely giving, it would not fit right on a girl any shorter, thinner, or less curvier than me. It is completely transparent. I should have gone with a different color and would have probably gotten better results.

Went on Rosewe.com site. They gave me great fashion advice and just an party wear fun experience. I will definitely buy from them in the future!
