I got my jumpsuit this morning at 11:30 am. Everything is right and this jumpsuit is just chic chic!

One of the best things about this site is that they offer reviews on their items from the consumer so you can get an idea of what other people think of the item you plan on purchasing. This can be especially helpful. These reviews have made a difference as to whether or not I purchased an item. I have never had a bad experience with this site and will continue to utilize it for my shopping needs. Great site!

This is my third order and I can’t even say how happy with their clothes! Must say, my dress came just on time and juts like other pieces of clothing I had ordered before it. The quality is fantastic. All the sizes are just as described. I will absolutely order again.

This dress is outstanding in every way. It fits beautifully and I am quite curvy. The material is of excellent quality, the cut is very classic and the workmanship is perfect. This dress fits as it looks! Classy, length is perfect for a more mature look. The color matches as seen. The price is very reasonable. So yes I recommend it.

So cool a jacket! There are pockets in the arm. That's a really cute touch. This light weight jacket is well made, very warm. It fits true to regular U.S. sizing. There the double button portion up top, a couple buttons on the inside and buttons on the bottom. The only thing I wish this coat had was a zipper inside so I could zip it up and choose whether or not to button certain portions. I am going to reinforce the buttons on the front, just because they feel a tad loose and I'd rather not lose one. Shipping was super fast. Great find, great purchase.

My order was said to be shipped within 5-7 days. I didn't get it for a month and a half. Then, when it finally did come, it looked NOTHING like what I'd ordered. It wasn't even the same material! And when I contacted them to tell them, they said I should just keep it because it would cost me more misery to send it back. And that they would credit my account. I just heard back from them and they said they would credit me $5 for the $25 I spent on this crap shirt. They use cheap material, and at the end of the day, don't really care about customer satisfaction. I would never advise ordering from rosewe.com.

I ordered $65 worth of items over a month ago and still have no received them. There is no way to speak to anyone in the company, I have emailed several times asking when items will be sent, if I can get refunds... asking why they took my money but have not sent my stuff yet... they say they will email back within 24 hours but this is inconsistent... when they do respond they avoid the questions I ask and only say it will be sent as soon as it can... its been weeks... I would NEVER ORDER FROM HERE again.

I placed my order 2/12/2015 and was told it would ship within 5-7 business days. It is now 3/10/2015 and I haven't seen ANYTHING yet in the mail. I have sent them 3 e-mails with no response. I finally opened up a dispute on PayPal 2 weeks ago and they responded that it would ship in 1 business day and I quote "have a little more patience." Are you kidding me? Well, yesterday I decided to check the tracking since it said it shipped. According to the shipping information, it is prepared for shipping but hasn't even left their facility yet! I have been trying to cancel my order and just refund my money but haven't heard anything. I now escalated it on PayPal, so we'll see how it resolves. To make matter worse, an item I ordered is now out of stock and they said, per my selection, they are using it as store credit. I do not EVER recall selecting that because I would NEVER accept store credit. Total waste of money. If I ever do get my shipment, let's just say I'm not expecting much.

I ordered 4 dresses for my preteen nieces for my wedding. They range from 10-12. They are super tiny and under the Rosewe size chart they referred me to after refusing to exchange the 1st time. They said they don't exchange if I picked the wrong size. I replied back that I looked at the size chart and that was not the case. They offered to give me help picking out the size next time. They told me its not worth my while to exchange. I have opened a pay pal dispute. On the up side they dress was pretty and express shipping was good.

Update: Its been weekend they still refuse to exchange. I have bee going back and forth with them on paypal. Also so you know, even if it is their mistake, you pay for it. Literally, You have to pay to ship back to them even with no fault of your own. So you are faced with is it worth spending the money to get yours back. They ABSOLUTELY do not exchange items. They offered me $6 us back if I dropped the claim. This is the most horrible internet experience.
