Avoid this company

Brought a dress size XL which according to their chart should have been a UK 14-16 when it arrived it was more like a XS 8-10 and even though it was their fault they would only give me 60% refund and I would have to pay shipping costs back to China so hence I would not get much back. Their size charts are right off scale and their customer service is rubbish avoid at all costs

Shocking
January 5, 2016

I ordered 2 dresses for new year and was disgusted on the quality of these items nothing like the pictures stated, I was told to sell these items on or gift them out as shipping them back for a refund would be so expensive I wish I could attach pictures. I am devastated at the lack of customer service this company has.

After opening a dispute with paypal rosewe offered me 13$ again. Pftt. What a joke. Eventually Rosewe was told to accept my return. Rosewe says in their reply to my first rewiew that return shipping is not too expencive and they take my product back and give a full refund. LIES. They have a restocking fee and they know its insanely expensive to ship back due to you having to pay for tracking shipping. Chepest tracking shipping i found was 95$. The cheap coat that was defective and made of FELT was only worth 90$. They lie on their replies to reviews trying to make themselves look good. DO Not Ever buy anything from these people or other companies they own. After talking with a great Lady at paypal she agreed to refund me the whole amount. Case closed. Not really. So i recieved the funds back in my paypal account. A couple days later i get an email from someone claiming to be paypal saying there is suspicious activity and they will freeze my account unless I click on the link to reply to the suspicious transaction. It was the exact same amount $ as what was credited to me from the real paypal. It was pretty easy to tell where this email came from with the broken English that was used that matched Rosewe customer service representatives broken english. These people are scum.

Beware of this Seller!

Rosewe refused to provide full refund for a coat that was incorrectly sized. Their responses to my requests for return instructions were barely intelligible. They told me to keep the coat and sell it. I had to file a claim with Paypal to get Rosewe to agree to a full refund. However, I am still out $55 for an adult coat that might possibly fit a 7 year old because tracking was required by Paypal. Tracking is not available to China except via DHL or UPS at $162. I will never buy from this company again and my advice to you is don't do it.

I purchased this beautiful jumpsuit about three weeks ago on the 12th December. I just received it today 30th December... it is nothing like it looks in the picture, the material is just cheap and the length is way off very short overrall please do not spend your money on this. I learned the hard way... no good and i would not waste mey time returning it im sure someone would like it to wear around the house...

Product never came!

I ordered a dress from Rosewe.com about 2 week time ago, but I havent got any emails or information saying the product has been dispatched or shipped. I am guessing the product can never reach! Then I actually checked the reviews on website and I just realised Rosewe.com is a scam. Sincerely hoping to get my refund back, is such a shame to order stuffs from this website!

I ordered a really cute-looking dress to wear to my school formal. I even paid extra for standard shipping, which they claim it to be at max 8 days. So once I ordered, I've been using the tracking website they gave me to check where the dress was at. The tracking system stopped updating for more than two weeks, which really made me anxious! I tried to contact customer service to check if there was anything wrong, and it took a while for them to even reply.
I decided to give up wearing that dress for formal, and at least had the hope of wearing that dress to some other occasions. It arrived after almost a month.
The quality of the dress was HORRIBLE. It was so itchy and see-through (I had no idea!). The buttons on the dress are almost about to fall off after I tried it on for the first time.
So please don't buy a product from this site just because it looks cute and cheap. I don't know about other products, but for mine, it was definitely deceiving. Also the customer reviews for that dress look PRETTY suspicious when everyone gives 5 stars and has the same style of speech.

I ordered a shirt which is a terrible counterfeit version. Doesn't even look like what I ordered. Strings hanging and poorly stitched. Size is not right. It's awful. Company is in China, no response from customer service!

I urge you not to purchase anything from Rosewe. I bought over $350 worth of items before going on vacation. My intent was to return items that didn't work. Upon receiving items, I could not find any sort of customer service to process returns on the items that didn't work (the vast majority of what I ordered).

Rosewe customer service reps post comments to respond to disgusted customers but they do nothing to fix the problem! Let's get real! I have been asking for a full refund for over 4 months on a damaged item they sent me! I refuse to pay the shipping and handling to send their item back! They sent it to me damaged and it's THEIR responsibility to pay the shipping of thr item to go back along with a full refund of what I paid for three damaged item! Get real rosewe!

Product never came!

I ordered something on November 26. The shipping time said "5-15 days", but it still hasn't come! Now my sister has nothing under the Christmas tree.

Ordered a dress paid for expedited shipping, never received dress or tracking number, if it wasn't for paypal I would just be out of my money. Do not order from this scam company. The reviews are as fake as the company. Paypal informed me they have gotten several complaints about Rosewe.com

Rosewe.com is a joke. ALL of their reviews are fake. They claim to provide a 100% refund, but that is not the case. I purchased an item that I had to return for being too short. That was in September. Needless to say, it is now December and despite several emails and claim tickets, I have not received a response let alone a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY... YOU WILL REGRET IT. Now I am out of a product and my money!

These reviews are fake. The reviews on this site are no doubt the product of the company subscribing to a company that provide positive reviews. Yes those companies exist. They hire people to post and they get paid like piece work: the more you write the more you are paid. So beware of the wonderful reviews. They ARE NOT REAL. I purchased items from this site and not once have they matched the pics. Their clothes are the dollar store version of the well made and some what high end version depicted in their pics. When I tried to write a review I was kicked to a message that said I hadn't bought anything and to come back to write a review after making a purchase! How convenient. Every review posted boasted that the clothes "looked exactly like the photos" when they absolutely didn't. They are CON ARTISTS. Don't trust this site, you do at your own waist of money.

I am delighted with my 1950's style dress, the material is lovely quality, with true to picture patterning and colour shades, the sizing was very good, and it looks even better when filled out with netted under skirting.
