Worst purchase ever!

I purchased what I thought was a lovely jumpsuit and received a poorly made one!
After closely reviewing the comments it seems they repeat themselves with different customers name. I attempted to write a review on my purchase and it conveniently routes you back to the home page. Save your money and don't buy into this scamming website!

They give you the option to pay for faster shipping that you will not get faster, I paid to get it in 5-7 days, is been 13 with today and still no package. Never again will I buy from them. I emailed them and all they said was BE PATIENT! Horrible service and I have reported them to paypal and to my American express.

AVOID! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered a £40 fur lined coat, which arrived very quickly... but it was too small. I checked the size guide before I ordered and did the measurements, but yet the coat was way too small. The fur lining throughout the coat made it a lot smaller, and the sleeves weren't the right length. I emailed them immediately to start a return and refund process, only for them to suggest I just give the coat to a friend as a gift or try and resell it myself. I explained that that was unacceptable and they should give back the money I paid for an item which is no good to me... they're now asking if 20% refund would be OK. £40 paid and they want to give me £8 back. If I'd have bought from a UK store or online store, I'd get a refund for the item. Why am I bartering with Rose We for my money back. I'm happy to send the item back and pay for the return postage... nothing in their return policy states "you won't get one... tough titty" they also state a 30 day money back guarantee!...
They're con artists. Selling poor quality items and then keeping your money regardless of how unhappy you are with your purchase. I wish I'd spent my £40 in a legit store.

I ORDERED the "Criss Cross Back High Waist Chiffron Maxi Dress", this is literally the most infantil $#*! of my life to be basically scammed by people who obviously do not care to actually do this to a person. I ordered this dress for my High school dance and I thought wow this dress is beautiful I've been looking for a month now for a dress and I finally found one or so I thought, I just received the dress today January 20th, 2016 and it's NOTHING like the picture. It's definitely hand sewn, way too short, and COMPLETELY I MEAN COMPLETELY SEE THROUGH. You can see everything! On top of that I even payed for faster shipping and it didn't come till just now and I ordered it multiple weeks ago and my dance is this Saturday. THIS SITE WILL SEND YOU A DRESS, but it's definitely NOT WEARABLE.

I purchased 5 gold bridesmaids dresses and they were all pink. They were supposed to be floor length and they stopped mid-calf. I wear a size 2 and I could barely fit in the large. I tried to return them and they encouraged me to give them away as gifts. I had to take photos of them and correspond over two weeks before they agreed to a 60% refund! And I would have to send them back to China just to get it. Awful business! Stay away.

Don't be fooled

We ordered a dress for my daughters semi and paid for 7 day shipping that was on December 20 it is now a month later and it still hasn't arrived and the semi was a week ago. Don't pay extra for faster shipping because you don't get it anyway.

I bought 4 bridesmaid dreses from their website, they sent me 4 cheap tacky see through dresses that did not resemble anything like what I ordered and you couldn't even wear. When I asked for a refund they said that I would only get 60% refund and that they were too expensive to post back so "give them to someone as presents" Stay away from this website

So you guys! Let's just say I should have read the reviews first. I finally received my "Express" shipment today! Jan 22nd. My order was placed on Jan. 8th. These clothes are horrible! Horrible fabric, large looks like xsmall, horrible craftsmanship. There's a hole in the skirt, the tops can fit my 7yr old. I'm 5ft6" what's suppose to be a maxi dress comes mid calf (size large), but I can't fit it over my head anyway so... I would give this review a Zero!$120 down the drain... so disappointed... They should be shut down.

Ordered two coats. Both I wouldn't even put on the floor to let my dog poo on they are that poor quality. When it comes to returning the items. The photos do not correspond to what is the real product. I made a try with these people, unfortunately the item I was expecting was a simple cloth completely unwearable without a brand. When I reported this to the store they proposed only a 20% refund meaning $5... to shop again from them. A real joke! Guess some people are lucky but watch out customers. I will never ever buy again from China online stores!
