Do not I repeat do not order from this company. It is a scam and I'm get upset with PayPal for continuing to let people pay to them. I ordered two items and when I tried to track my package they said it was invalid on the website, then when I tried to log into my account my email address was nowhere to be found, but the website still was sending me updates on their sales. Iam so upset but don't trust it, there ad is also on Facebook. Out of $40 and no items

I am extremely disappointed with this website rosewe. Please avoid it. The clothes they advertise are no where near what you will get. I bought a denim dress size 12 and I can't get into it. It can't even be worn as a top. Ordered a grey track jump suit and it's unbelievable what I got. Can't begin to explain. I also ordered a green chiffon dress as I wanted it for a wedding. When they came tears came to my eyes. I could never dreamed of doing this to anyone. Inferior material. Just Dreadful. Very disgruntled. I'll just have to learn my lesson as it's a hard pill to swallow. If zero was there that's the ratings.

No stars! I decided to order a few items from Rosewe after seeing photos from their website via Facebook. The clothes and dresses were so appealing and classy looking, that I racked up an order of about $150.00. I was really excited to receive the dresses and cute skirts. All items came within 3 weeks. What was inside was a complete, I repeat complete joke. The cheapest material you wouldn't even find at those $10 stores you see around inner cities. Wrong sizes for one, but also the fabric was stretched out and abnormally wide. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Stitching all off and crooked. They are using false advertisements, the clothes look nothing like the pictures on their website. I learned my lesson and will now always check reviews before ordering from a clothing site. These people outta be ashamed of themselves! Don't waste your hard earned money!

Same as everyone else says. I ordered and quality, sizing, color was NOTHING like pictured. They give you the run around and will not refund full amount, PLUS shipping back to China if a fortune! I filed a complaint with PayPal for resolution. EVERYONE that used PayPal needs to do this. I told them they should not do business with a SCAM of a company like this. Since USPS does not track delivery to China, I am out the cost of the order, my postage to mail back and I KNOW they received the items back. They are dishonest. DO NOT ORDER from them. TELL EVERYONE you know!

I saw the ADs for the website via Facebook and unfortunately fell victim of placing an online order with them. The payment was processed to my account with of course no notification of when my items would actually be shipped. I contacted them via their "trouble ticket" and the response I got from them was that "due to the new year vacation" the shipments were taking longer to get out because factories were closed because of it. It is now late February almost March so to me this is a bunch of BS! I again sent another trouble ticket saying I was going to cancel my order and that I needed ALL of my money refunded, they said it would cost me $3 USD per item to cancel it due to "processing" fees. How would you charge someone $3 USD to process a cancellation when nothing has been shipped yet it has been billed already?!? I contacted PayPal *******733 and made a complaint. I reported them as a fraudulent company and PayPal is contacting them. I would highly recommend you going this route so that you can get your money back and report them as well! Sorry for anyone who fell for this SCAM of a company!

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter's first prom from rosewe.com. It took a few weeks to get it because it was shipped from China. When I received the package, it was the wrong dress. I contacted customer service immediately to return it and exchange for the correct dress. I waited 5 days for a response. They never told me how to return it. They never offered exchange for the correct item. In fact, they told me to keep the item and they would refund 20% of the purchase price. In the end, I threw away the dress, because it was completely unusable, and got nothing in return from them. Do not waste your time or money ordering from this company. It was a horrible shopping experience. I will never order from them again

I don't normally make it a habit of leaving reviews, however, I ordered a dress from rosewe on the 31st Jan for an event, believing that my package would take 3 days to be shipped and up to 15 days to arrive. After contacting the company 3 times to get a refund as the dress was for an evening that has passed, they are still refusing to give me one. My dress is apparently 'still in factory production' and will take 'a week'. That brings me to 4 weeks since ordering the dress, the customer service have kindly asked me to 'be patient please'. It may just be me but 15 days is being patient, 4-5 weeks is just outright bad service.
