Received items from Rosewe & they are horrible stains on the fabric one item has an odor. I couldnt wear these items anywhere because of the very poor quality. People please read reviews first & contuine to report these companies because we work to hard to get robbed of our hard earned money!
I placed an order two months ago and still have not received anything! I contacted them two weeks after I placed order because it had not been shipped, the response I got was just plain rude and the excuse was it is in production!?! What production because when I placed order it was available, funny how they took my money right away. Now they keep wanting to send me sorry emails with a coupon... really? Lesson learned NEVER order anything without checking into a company. Now when I go online to track the order I just get an error.
I have been looking at this website for months. The clothes are beautiful. On May 17,2016, I placed an order for $1121, for my store, before reading the reviews. After reading the reviews later on that night, I was horrified at what I saw. I tried to cancel my order and was disgusted at the lack of customer service. I found a number somewhere online but it was just a voicemail. The website says to create a ticket, but because of the time zone, responses are sent in the middle of the night usually between 1:30 and 3:00AM. We went back and forth for about a week but, roughly, 10 days after placing the order, I received a full refund. After reading many of these reviews, I dodged a bullet.
I ordered 6 bathing suits and 2 cover ups. I ordered XL, even though I would typically order a M bc of their size chart, except a L in one of the cover ups. I paid for express shipping bc I wanted to get them before I went on a spring vacation. A couple of weeks went by and no order arrived. I tried to log in to their site to see the shipping status, but I couldn't get into that part of their website, so I sent an email. They told me they were still making 2 of the suits! I told them to cancel the order and went on vacation without them. Upon return, three weeks later, there was a shipment from them. I couldn't have been more disappointment in these clothes. Four of the bathing suits were so small, they might fit someone a size 4 (remember -I ordered XL). One fit except for the bust, which was so tiny and had little pads sewn in. Another fit but they forgot to include the bottoms. One coverup was so short, it didn't cover my bottom and maybe would have fit someone about 5'2". The only item that I want to keep is the L coverup, which fit perfectly. I contacted the company and they initially said they can't be returned and I should try to sell them. Then they said they would give me 10% back and I wouldn't need to return them. That's $17 on a $170+ order. Then they said I can return them to China at my expense and they will refund 60%, even for the item with no bottoms, and they won't refund my express shipping fee despite taking more than a month to get it and the fact that I requested the order be cancelled well before they shipped it. This is no way to do business and I hope you won't make the same mistake I did.
Absolutely, without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. Sent me a bathing suit that had the upper (bodice) section sewed on upside down so that the straps hang under the armpits instead of over the shoulder. Clearly 100% their fault. Their website states full refund in case of defective items, they said 25% was the most they would offer me. I will be going to paypal to get my money back and I hope everyone who reads this will do the same. What a scam! Besides the fact that the swimsuit was sewn completely wrong, it didn't look anything like the photo. Even if it had been sewn right, it still would not have been what I wanted when I ordered. I believe they do it on purpose. Why spend a ton of time/energy on doing something right when you think everyone will be happy with a 25% refund? That's still 75% of the purchase price you keep for doing a tiny amount of work. They say its to cover the shipping costs. Well, I've ordered plenty from China and I know it doesn't cost a lot to send items. A couple dollars at most for a swimsuit that bundled into a tiny package. STAY AWAY! Don't get pulled in by the beautiful pictures!

ETA: does anyone else think it is hilarious that on 5/29/16 "katsue k." is 5'5 1/2 and 139 lbs in two reviews and in the third review is suddenly 5'9 and 165 lbs? And how they just love their items? The company is totally trying to boost their ratings by writing up good reviews for their own company. And if you scroll down to 5/21/16 there is someone complaining that the company put the 4 star review under their name and that it was a fake. All the 4 star reviews look fishy! What an absolutely horrible company.
I placed 2 seperate orders and paid for shipping and handling. Only to receive the items after promised dates. Size chart for US sizes are not true to US sizes. Poor quality fabrics and poorly manufactured. They will not refund my money back and they will not let me send items back because they state "it would be expensive to ship back to China!" This website is a fraud!

I had recently bought an item that I did not receive but not due to the company. It was lost in the mail, but Rosewe and associates were kind enough to keep me updated and followed up on the product. Would rather give 0 stars. Ordered a bathing suit according to the size chart. Too small. Asked to return it, got a complete runaround. 1st offer: keep it and get 10% off of my next order. 2nd offer: keep it and get 20% off of next order. I ask why would I want to keep it?! It doesn't fit. The size chart gave faulty size informatin! Reply: it must fit the chart works and it fits OUR models. Complete crap. Finally they gave me the return information: I can pay to return it and only get 60% refund. I've been arguing for a week and can't find anyone to speak to in a timely manner. I would never shop here again.

Cute dress, looks kinda plain by itself. Would recommend buying a white ribbon to go around your waist. Followed the recommendation and bought a size up and it fit well
I bought this dress for my lady to wear and oh my HEPBURN does she look amazing! She wore her peep-toe super high pinup pumps and a tiny black belt and I was in visual heaven. HOT!
The color looks amazingly vibrant! The fit is near perfect considering the suit only comes in S, M, L, etc. instead of the wider range of 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, etc. I'm 5' 5 1/2" and I weigh 139. I ordered medium, and it fits okay. Great swimsuit!
I heard about Rosewe on Facebook and after looking them up online and seeing the horrible reviews, I decided not to try them. Well, some point in time later, having forgotten about the horrible reviews, I placed an order for 2 dresses with them. I went back online and reread the horrible reviews, mostly about lack of speed in receiving orders, so I lowered my expectations on how soon I'd see my order. Ordered on 05/12, received my order on 05/24 - yes, in the same year! I ordered based on the size chart. Everything seems to fit fine. I'm happy.

I absolutely love it! I usually don't write reviews... But the reviews are what made me purchase it! I am 5'4,185lbs, size 16 shorts/pants and I bought the one for US16 and it is a little loose in the tummy area but not enough to go to a size smaller. Truly a great fit and I am excited for summer!

The colours shown on images are so different to what I received and sizing is NOT as stated on the website either.
I have received the items over 2 weeks after ordering and have tried to get an address to return the items. This is not displayed ANYWHERE. Their 'online chat' never works so how am I supposed to return these items and get my money back?!

My wife ordered a bathing suit that she thought was very cute. After a week went by, she e-mailed them to find out where her item was as they say they ship within 1-4 days. She was told it had not been shipped and it was still in production (the website said the item was in stock). She was asked to please wait another couple of days. We checked the status of the order again and there was a tracking # on the website, but the company said that item had not yet been shipped. From there we opened up a PayPal dispute and more than a month later after the package was supposedly shipped with the tracking number, it had not arrived and we were awarded a refund. I would definitely not recommend doing business with tis company - it doesn't get any worse that this!
***Update following response received*** Nowhere on the website did it say this item was a pre-sale. The tracking # you gave in the response of this review was available in the Paypal transaction, but Rosewe customer service replied and said it had not yet been shipped after already having the tracking # - which must mean that the tracking # wasn't for the bathing suit and is a bait to try to keep you waiting and nnot taking action to get your money back. I have ordered many things from China and the longest I ever had to wait was 32 calendar days. Note this is calendar days, not business days. According to this tracking #, the package was shipped April 13 - today is day 44 from when it was shipped and 58 days from when the order was placed (which again was not listed as a pre-sale when purchasing). Finally, in the e-mail exchange you had with my wife, you said you would expedite the shipment; so that would mean a faster service than the standard mail that you did use; clearly you did not honour what you said you would do.

Answer: I agree with Latasha about both. Placing your address here is not a great idea. This company is a scam. After a very long wait on my product I realized the material wasn't even worth putting on my puppy. The pictures are downloaded from other places or sites and the clothes doesn't remotely resemble the picture. I would never order from them again nor would I recommend it to anyone. In any case if you like wasting money then by all means here's the place for you

Answer: I would never buy from them. If you want to return something they only give you 30% back! The dress I purchased didn't even fit. It was made so poorly that it wouldn't fit anyone! The arm holes were way to small and the material laid awkward.

Then you are going to request a refund and they will tell you that you will need to pay for the shipping and to re-consider the refund as it is not worth the extra fee (weird). Once you send it back they will pretend that they have never received it even though I sent mine back on registered mail and someone actually signed for it and I got notified. I don't think I will ever see my money back! They are a bunch or scumbags!
