I do shop from it once in every month but never found anything bad they are very much organized. Customer support team is very much responsive to their customers. And till now I found nothing bad about these products.

By their policy, they refund only 20%, The shipping back is out of your pocket. I am waiting for my refund and so far got nothing.
I have ordered from this site a couple times. Never had a problem with getting the items on time or with the product sent. Never returned anything. Its a trust worthy site.
I have bought a couple for friends for presents, and they have also commented on how nice and soft the scarf is and the lovely color combinations. If you are looking for a scarf as a gift, or as a thank you, then you could not do better than this scarf. I would advise you to order the scarf(s) way early before you need them/it, as they do take a bit longer to get here, but all in all, they are great
This is the third scarf of this type I have bought from this seller for myself, and I have been very pleased with all of them. It is nice and long, really soft and can be wrapped right round the neck, and the colors are really well chosen to go together.
I usually shop at House of Frasier, and ordered a dress that had only a size 10 left. I wear a 12 and researched the dress to find that website had one in my size. On line ordering was no problem and I received my dress within 3 to 7 days. I would order again.
Beautiful swimsuit. It is small on the sizing so pick the larger size if in doubt. Great quality, looks very cool on. Arrived within about 2 weeks from ordering. Highly recommend it.

I bought some work clothes online from them and bought them one size up. When I got the clothes they were so horrible, I returned everything- at my cost.
It's been nearly 2 weeks since I returned the clothes to them and still no refund to my Paypal account.
When I asked for a refund they told me to give the clothes away or sell them online because it's not worth returning them because they will only refund me 60% of the cost. I spent USD $200 and I'm not prepared to walk away from it.
I do not know how this company is operating with such crappy clothes and horrible customer service.
I tried calling the number on their website- *******508 and it is not in service.
These are the problems with Rosewe:
1. Horrible clothes
2. Cheap materials
3. Bad customer service
4. They do not refund- even though the website says it does
5. They do everything to frustrate you

I am absolutely disgusted with my order, the quality was appalling I wanted to send it back and was asked numerous questions, Why, because the quality is poor and one item does not fit! But don't you want to keep it and we will give you $5 as a compensation payment. Why would I want to keep two items that don't fit and are poor quality and why would I accept only $5 when my order totalled over $50. I said I would return my items and accept goods in exchange but they don't want to know. They just want me to keep the rubbish they have sent or nothing. Complete scam stay clear and I will be posting this on FB!
