I purchased a bathing suit from them on April 6th, for my birthday, to take with me on a trip to Florida in May. They said 4 days to process and 5-7 to deliver. It is now JUNE 15th and I have not received my order! Every time I ask them for updates they tell me that I should have chosen the "expedited service!" They have not updated the delivery status since APRIL 25th! I am waiting for their response today, and am at the point that i will be asking for a credit to be placed on my credit card! Not happy!
Sent me a crappy product not like the picture. Told me they would refund me 50% of the price without having to send it back or could pay 50% of the price to ship it back (not helpful). Then when I agreed to the 50% refund I started to get the run around non stop! They said they refuneded me, when I did not see it they said it was to their website and gave me a usless link. When I logged into their site there was no refund and I wanted it refunded to me not so I could buy more $#*! from them! Multiple messages later I still have no refund and nothing some crappy clothing I cannot wear.

I ordered items from the company a month. They sent me some cheap thin sheer item. That I didn't order. I sent the items back to them. But I never received a refund, even with me opening a claim through PayPal. I will never order from this company again and I'm getting rid of PayPal.

Very upset with the customer service! I ordered some clothes and realized that i had changed my mind within 20min. I requested a refund which turned into a huge problem. There policy clearly states that i had more then plenty of time to cancel and get a full refund. Well it wasnt that easy. They sent me a email stating that they tried to get in touch. If there was a 0 star I would have picked that! How this company is allowed to operate I don't know. Ordered 4 swimsuits in a size XL (UK 14-16) they would not even fit by size 8-10 friend! The material was awful, they had no hygiene stickers in the bottoms and there was also no invoice or return information in the pack. I wish I had read the refund policy before ordering. I can't believe they send you this stuff knowing you're not going to be happy with it yet do not allow you to return it. Having read other reviews now where people have paid to ship it back and have not received their refund I don't think I'll bother. I was told to "give it as a gift to someone else". I don't have any size 8 friends I dislike enough to give them too unfortunately! Lesson learned. Company should be shut down
Rosewe is safe and reliable. In the past I used other online shops, but now I stick only with Rosewe. If everyone likes them so much it doesn't mean that they are somehow bad. The people know what they are saying.
They always make it right. Great company with a lot of vision.
