Satisfactory so far. I have yet to use it to its full capacity. More communication would have been helpful as it took longer to arrive than expected.
I received the product within about two weeks. The process was easy and the overall experience was good.
I'm not looking to be negative, my opinion really doesnt mean anything "wrong", I was excited for this purchase until I noticed it WILL be shipped from China. I would of canceled my purchase but it was already in transition, it felt like it would be a huge inconvenience for anyone to correct my issue. I am interested in the product but I would of rather known that it's coming from China. Maybe later through time my opinion could end up more positive but we shall see!
The package came in on time. Although the tracker was inaccurate in following in up to the package arrival, there were no further delays.

My only criticism is that the handset is quite chunky in the hand. I feel it could be more slim-line or have a more gripping material

Didn't remove any hair even after doing one spot several times. And too time consuming. Might return it.
Overall the shipping has obnoxiously long. When I tried to contact customer service I would get the same response over and over. All that was communicated is that there were delays. Meanwhile the item I ordered sat in a carrier's warehouse for over a week (approximately 25 miles from my home)! Just disgraceful.
I've only used the product once so I'm still waiting to see the results. Shopping wise, it took longer to be shipped here in US but considering the pandemic, I guess it's reasonable for it to be delayed.
