Be careful. If you expect to receive your product in a timely fashion, you won't. They advertise express international shipping which makes you think you'll get it quick *WROOOOONG*. Never on the checkout page does it state there might be delays. You have to go to a page that talks about their shipping policies and the fine print of what that means exactly, which states your order might be delayed an additional 2 weeks on top of their non-standard rate of 8 -10 business days (USPS is 3 - 5).
Very disappointed with the customer service, their carelessness for customer satisfaction and corrective measures, and their indifference to a bad review that exposes their deceitful and misleading practices. At no moment did they apologize to me or try to make amends, they just sent me to their stupid shipping page with all the fine print that nobody reads or knows about. They tell you the product might be delayed only after you've completed your purchase in an email.
Consider this before purchasing this product.
I had no problems with shipping or wait time and it took about as long as they said it would to get my order. I've used the Lumi twice now with no issues. I can't wait to see my results
I purchased the Hair removal handset and it just does not work, as as per their terms and conditions I contacted them to arrange a refund. I sent the product back and they advised when the handset arrived and I provided them with the tracking number and proof of delivery they would process the refund. As soon as I emailed them the proof of delivery their replies have stopped and no refund.
DO NOT BUY this product I am sure it is a scam.

The delivery doesn't shows me the location. It just popped up in my door without me informed beforehand. The product is not damaged though.
Timely processing and delivery of items. All boxed and packaged great. I am yet to use the IPL due to it being summer and sun exposure on my skin.
