Great I had my order with a delivery date for today and I arrived earlier than expected, it is the first time I ordered on this website and the truth is that well, I asked for some shirts and great, I will ask for something safer.
I bought a short black skirt in this online boutique. The fabric is comfortable, warm and of quality. I love that the designs are original and of good quality, also the purchasing conditions are fair and dignified, I recommended!

Do Not buy clothes from Roselinlin! They are cheap and substandard and look and fit Nothing like the photos. I mailed 6 dresses I bought, back to them in Aug. 2020 Almost $50.00 in postage- they say they never got them- all I wanted was a refund on my credit card- otherwise the dresses would have gone to Goodwill- they were so aweful.
I bought a beautiful blouse here, it was a great experience, it is as described on the website. Fast delivery and best of all, at a good price.
Been trying to resolve an issue for three months. I returned an order because of the low quality of the items I received. Guess what, they turned around and reshipped the same low quality. I clearly stated in the return package that the items were returned because of low quality. You can not communicate with this company. (at least not in English) Stay away from this company.

Buyer Beware! The quality is terrible and the cotton "blend" is maybe 10% cotton. The company makes it VERY difficult to return items. They charge so much for shipping that it makes no sense to return. I ended up throwing away 7 pieces of clothes.

Had no problems. Took less time to arrive than the box of Little Debbie Nutty bars i ordered from calif. Also, on the tops I ordered, I loved the materials and the styles. And the "cat" tops are so cute! I just now ordered 2 more, 1 cat top and 1 cat sweatshirt... its starting to get cooler here so just in time... can't wait!

After wondering if this type of online service was for me, I have been more than impressed with my purchase at this online boutique. Really easy to organize and the two pants I bought were really beautiful. The delivery service has been brilliant so far, I will spread my voice among my friends and sing praises to this page.
Don't say you weren't warned. Avoid purchasing from this company.
1) The company doesn't tell you that it's located in China.
2) The web site doesn't tell you that it's nearly impossible to exchange or return anything because you're responsible for the shipping costs, which more often than not, will costs more than the purchases.
3) Asian women generally are smaller than American women. Most of the clothes run small -- too small -- for American women. If you choose to proceed, don't let your pride get in the way of ordering XL or XXL.
4) Yes, the clothes look terrific in the photos. But in person, the quality of the fabric is cheap, flimsy, itchy.
5) This site is a total ripoff because it's not honest on its web site about exchanges and returns. When a company cannot be honest and up front, it is a reflection of the values of the company.
You've been warned. STAY AWAY from Roselinin and purchase from reputable companies that stand behind their products and accept exchanges and returns when items don't fit.
