The items I received were of inferior quality and looked nothing like those depicted on their site. I bought two items of the same size using their sizing guidelines. One looked like a circus tent, the other looks like it was made for a child. I think they just capture pictures from other stores, then make cheap knockoffs under their brand Miss Look (appropriate title as they certainly missed the look they were trying to capture). Their refund policy states that you can return any item for refund, but it omits that you have to return those items to China (though they're sent from California) at considerable cost to you. Never using this site again. If you're smart, you won't either.
Nice clothes and more. Very satisfactory quality. Prices for all budgets and appropriate to quality. Very fast and cheap delivery. The clothes are ideal for all seasons. You do not have to worry about the size because the sizes of the clothes on this website are perfectly defined. This is not my last purchase here.
I am so obsessed with this online boutique. I can't think of a more stylish and addictive way to dress for events. Also, their customer service is really friendly. Now I have bought it only 3 times and I can say that it has been really satisfactory.
Got couple of things and all of them don't work. The sizes not only larger but extra larger. It should be called one size fits all. Got S in reality it's L sized. Just bags not clothes... So so disappointing as the style looks like having a potential. Tried to contact customer service for two weeks - undeliverable as the quota reached. Probably all these customers sending emails and trying to reach the business for the returns crashed their mailbox... Pity as it could have been a decent online store - I'd be a customer if they could figure out the sizes and were responsive to the return requests. Instead I'm completely ignored.

First, the products and quality were nothing like what was advertised. Once I requested a refund, they negotiated that I keep the items since returning them to their Guangzhou, China location would be a hassle in terms of shipping costs and time, and they would give me a 15% refund to keep all items. When I told them this was unacceptable, subsequent emails from me bounced, and I could no longer get a hold of them. This is a company of SCAMMERS! Do not buy anything from them!

This dress was definitely not the dress in the photograph, but a cheap copy of it, the pattern on the fabric was not more narrow in the stripes at the top, as it should be like the photograph. This looks like a six dollar dress that was sent to me. I ordered a medium and it fit very poorly gaped at the sleeves, and I am a size 6 to 8 at the most. I see that there is another website called " lightin the box " selling this dress in several colors, I hesitate to order it from that website wondering if perhaps they are both the same company with two different names. I was very disappointed I'm just gonna give the dress away to charity. It's unfortunately not even nice enough to give as a gift.
