This online boutique is amazing! Not many online stores offer as good a service as this site and the workers really care about their online experience.
Like others, I'd give them a 0 or a negative number if I could. I've now been going back and forth with this company for six months. From not sending me a confirmation number, to refusing to allow me to return the items despite following ALL of their directions. They say I didn't notify them within 15 days, I said yes I did and sent screen shot proof like they asked. They said we responded with a message asking for more details and you didn't respond. I said yes I did, I included the screen shot in my last response and the original responses were all within 15 days of receipt of the items. Now they say they'll give me 15%! It's a joke when I actually followed the return policy and responded to all of their inquiries. They sent me many messages asking me to be patient with my delivery because of the coronavirus, and I was patient. I didn't receive my items for around 3 months! After I received the first two items I emailed them and said I wanted to send back what I had and cancel the other items that I had not gotten yet, and they told me to wait until the order was complete to send in any returns. Luckily I did receive the rest of the items within the 15 days and immediately emailed them again, and they say somehow it wasn't good enough. One email said they didn't recognize the item numbers which I had copied and pasted directly from their website. Now, no matter what, they won't even honor their own policy. I even said I'd be willing to take exchanges for larger items, even though the size was not the only issue, they were also not quite as expected in fabric and quality, but they didn't even entertain that. I'm reporting them to everyone everywhere and looking into taking legal action. Do not buy from them! If for some reason you decide to roll the dice, use PayPal as you might have a better chance of getting your money back.
Yellow jumpsuit. Easy to buy, fast delivery, light but nice and cool fabric for summer, looks great. Small for a 6 but good for me. Very good clothing website!

The shipping is so good, it arrives so fast and the quality is excellent! Good variety of clothes and quite good prices. The only problem with this website, shipping takes a little while, between one and two weeks, and the anxiety kills me!
When I needed a refund, the service was amazing! Absolutely impressed with the quick response via email when asking if it is possible to return a shirt for a refund. I have been taken care of and I would definitely recommend this website. All the clothes bought have been of a fantastic quality, I cannot complain about the service.
