I found the easy to navigate online boutique where I found just what I was looking for. The clothing range is extensive and had many variations within the different styles. I am very satisfied with the product. Having bought them before in this online store, I did not hesitate to return and will do so again in the future.
I wish I can say I enjoyed the clothes I ordered. I ordered about seven pieces. I got 1 pc. I traced the another package that apparently arrived the next day. I contacted the post office and was told that the parcel was delivered and placed in a safe place. The safe place was the lobby. I argued that that public space was not 'safe' and that I want to get the package then later just to be compensated since they couldn't retrieve it. I was advised by the post office that I cannot make the claim, only the party responsible for posting the parcel.
I contacted Roselinlin to let them know that they are the only ones who could make the claim. We had at least 20 emails going back and forth about following up with the post office. Every time a different person responded and would not answer if they contacted the post office. I even gave them the link to the Ombudsman to apply for the refund of the cost of the products. They say they have policies but would not tell me what it is. Everyone who answered me suggested a different % refund. Who is to say if they got the refund from the Ombudsman and just want to give me a percentage. Frustrating customer service. BTW I later saw one of the dresses I ordered at my local mall for half the price...
I always have trouble finding clothes on the internet that fit correctly and provide design, but these websites have clothes that do exactly that and are great. I will definitely buy more in the future!

I always find unique clothes at a good price in this online boutique and the staff is very supportive if you need to make changes or returns, although I have never had to.
Loved the look of the clothing - but what arrived was nothing like the photos. The fabric was thick and synthetic. The stitching and quality was the worst. Since the clothing came from China (I think) returns were not possible - it would cost more to ship than I'd paid for the clothing. Just terrible.
