I bought 6 tops from this company and when I received them they were not what was described in the pictures online. What was supposed to be cotton long teeshirts, were polyester, cheap rags. Warning save your money. This company should be taken off the internet
I am really satisfied with the blouse that I bought. It is well done and its preparation feels good quality, I finally found an online store with clothes at a good price and of excellent quality.
My new sweater has a very nice touch both inside and outside and is very warm. The fit to my body is good and allows mobility.

I ordered 2 items on Nov 16,2020. One item was delivered on Dec 22,2020. The other item seems to have been stuck in Atlanta since 12/21/20 according to the tracking information. There is no phone number to contact them. I've written repeatedly to their customer service and they have done nothing but tell me I need to wait longer, although it's already been almost 2 months. I said I want a refund but they ignore my request. Their clothes are interesting, but it takes at least a month to receive them and customer service is totally worthless. I doubt I will ever receive my item or a refund. AVOID THEM!

The skirt material is very good and I really like it. The logistics are very fast. The online service is very timely and the customer service staff is patient.

I emailed customer service on Friday night regarding the return policy and got an immediate response that was clear and informative.

I ordered 5 women's shirts, several copies of a Christmas ornament, and a "free" necklace for ordering over $99 worth of products. The ornaments were very cute, as per the picture on their website. Each (and all) of the shirts were very bad quality fabric - very thin, as well as poor renditions of the patterns that were pictured on the website.
The return policy/ procedure: First, the sales receipt in the package that came looked as if it was just typed, not a professional receipt. It said to go onto their website to see the policy if anything was necessary to talk with them. In doing so, I found where to write to them to ask for permission to return, and that they would respond in 48 hours. A week went by, I wrote to them again, both from the website and also to an email that I found for "Customer Service." The later did work, and they responded in 24 hours. However, they gave me a return address to be sent to a company in CHINA. Instructions said to return, use that address, and that I would be responsible for any Import fees, duties, and/or taxes for the shipment to China. Then they said that if I would rather keep the articles, not ship to China, and get a 25% refund, then I could just give them away or whatever.
Well, figuring out the cost of shipping plus all those fees, I was better off keeping the articles & donating them, for the reduced (25%) refund. In all fairness, I got the refund in just under 2 weeks.

I had an order that seemed to take a long time to arrive here and I usually receive it within a few days of placing the order. The tracking system was not updating so I could not track my package. I spoke on the live chat that they were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. I also received a follow-up email saying what had happened and I received an apology even though it wasn't the boutique's fault, their service is absolutely amazing! I can't wait to buy my next item!
Very fast and delivery was to the front door of my house! The dress arrived in perfect condition. I will be a customer who returns to this online boutique!
Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!

Answer: Yes, it is a scam. I ordered three items in May (it's now the end of July) and I still haven't received them. Call your bank and file a fraud claim or go through PayPal. Bank is faster.
