DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this company. The quality is terrible and the customer service is WORSE! I bought 3 pairs of shoes that were all on sale back in June and none of them fit. Even if they had fit, I would not have wanted to keep them. They were composed of all man made materials and smelled. The on-line photos looked great - ha - bad on me for not doing my due diligence. I requested a return of the $87.11 for the shoes even though it was going to cost me $52.75 to return the shoes to CHINA. The shoes had been shipped to me from NJ, but you can't send returns to that address. To make it worse the box ended up back at my house today. They refused to accept the shipment in CHINA. So now 3 pairs of low quality shoes that do not fit have cost me $139.86 and I'm sure Roselinlin will not be returning any of that money to me.

And Roselinlin do not give me the standard "We are sorry - what is your order number?" reply. My order is # RL******* - fix it!

Ordered 4 shirts. Three arrived, one at a time, 3-5 weeks later. None appeared as advertised. None of the colors matched as ordered. Fabric cheap and flimsy. All too small. Returning has been a nightmare. Actually did send two back to China, at a cost equal to what I paid, a month ago, and zero response or refund. Sent one to the NJ address on the package, because no one responded to emails, and was not reimbursed because but didn't get sent to China. Stopped the 4th from being shipped at all, and was able to do so because they hadn't even shipped it, three weeks after placing the order. Buyers beware.

Ordered 6 items - none fit right and quality was awful! I mean really bad. - Really really basic flaws - armpit sizes were different in the same shirt, the side seams were different lengths, the stitching was pulling out of the seams - material was thin as gauze. In trying to get a refund, I was first offered a 10% discount to keep them, and when I turned it down, I was then offered 25%. When I turned that down, I was sent an address in a remote town in China where there is no mail tracking! Now, I can't prove that the package I sent arrived - only tracking is available as far as Bejing! I am out the cost of the clothing, and the expensive return shipping. I have communicated with their "Customer Service Department" several times and have received no service at all. It's been 3 months since I have proof that the package was in Bejing and I am still trying to obtain a refund. Don't trust the great photography in their ads, 6 out of 6 items I ordered prove that the quality they use for the website pictures is NOT the quality that the clothing is that they actually send to you. You are better off paying full price at a department store, and seeing the quality and fit that you are spending your money on, and then a return would also be possible! I was a fool for ordering from this company.

THE CLOTHES THEY SHOW ARE REALLY NICE... BUT THIS IS A CHINESE SELLER! VERY UNETHICAL! I PURCHASED 3 DRESSES AND A PAIR OF $3 EARRINGS SO I COULD GET FREE SHIPPING! THEY SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME 30% OFF ON THE THIRD DRESS AND THEY TOOK IT OF THE EARRINGS INSTEAD! ANYWAY... THERE GOES MY F... G MONEY! I PURCHASED ON 9/1/19 AND IT'S NOW 9/21/19! AGAIN, THESE CHINESE SCAMMERS ARE THE WORST! I THINK I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THE CREDIT CARD I USED! SCUMBAG COMPANY!

I ordered what appeared to be a linen-like summer maxi-dress, with soft muted stripes. What came was the correct style, but the material was what would be used on outdoor pillows or purse linings. It was shiny, stiff, and ugly. Sending it back to China would have cost more than I paid for it. I sew and I will use this for scraps. Lesson learned. ALWAYS research!
