I bought a blouse. The online experience was pretty good... easy to choose... easy to shop for... nice variety of clothes to choose from. In itself it is not poor quality, the colors are good, as in the photo on the website.

Since then I have ordered two tops also in L that are not like the pictures and are too small, hence the confusing title!
