I got most of my clothes after 7 weeks but one pair of trousers went missing, after emailing them they got back to me and told me they were send in a different parcel. I waited another 7 weeks and finally they arrived. After a few hours wearing them they fell apart at the inside seem. I am disappointed, they were a lovely fit but the way they are stitched is not good at all.
ONE THING ROSELINLIN HAS RIGHT IS THEIR PHOTOGRAPHY AND NOTHING ELSE. TOOK FOREVER TO RECEIVE MY ORDER AND WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT, OUT OF 7 DRESSES ONLY 2 FIT ME. 2 OF THE SOLID COLOR DRESSES ARE GOOD ENOUGH TO WEAR AS UNIFORMS TO WEAR AS A CLEANING LADY IN A CHEAP MOTEL. THEY WERE MADE IN CHINA, SO THEIR SIZES ARE FOR CHINESE LADIES!
FABRICS ABOVE ALL ARE SUBSTANDARD, FEEL CHEAP AND ARE CHEAP~

DO NOT BUY FROM ROSELINLIN! Worst experience ever! I placed my order over 2 months ago and have not received my items. USPS tracking show that they have been waiting for my package for 5 weeks. First it said it had left the "partner facility " in San Fran on May 18th. On June 30th it shows that it arrived at another "partner facility" in Los Angles and still has not made it to USPS. After many emails to the company, I have no idea if or when I will receive my order. And based on the other reviews I've seen here, I am doubtful that the items will be any good if they do arrive. I wish I had looked this company up before purchasing.

Dresses are beautiful but too small, but this boutique ordered the change by sending the correct sizes to my post store for exchange.

This company is not credible. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I spent over one year and had my package returned TWICE.
They did not pick-up the package so it was unclaimed and returned to me. They took NO RESPONSIBILITY.
There are far better companies to buy from.

Their shipping method is untraceable. My package was shipped on May 18th and has been in California since May 22nd. It is now July 2nd. The company refuses to help find it or refund my money.

Dont buy from this company. I got carried away and ordered two dresses. It came after several weeks and was completely off size and looked poor quality. I ordered a small and what i recieved could easily be a M or L. Wish i had read this review before ordering. Stay away!
Wrote three times to their service email id and no response on how to return.

I made the mistake of placing an order on 5/25. A few weeks with no product I contacted them to just keep getting automated replies. To this day 7/1 I STILL have not received any items! I will never order from them again no matter how cute!

Very good clothing suitable also for young women. They have great designs. They now have a much better return policy than they did before. Sizes tend to be true to form.
Great quality and great fit of clothing from this internet boutique. Also, the delivery time was very fast and kept up to date on the status. I will definitely buy more clothes here in the future.
I ordered on June 9 and received SOME of the items July 13 -- more than a month later. Today is July 26 and there are still several items that have not come. I have contacted "customer service" several times during the process, starting just minutes after placing my large order, ($180, after discount) when I emailed to ask a question. I got an automated form-letter response, which said a representative would get back to me within 24 hours. A few days passed, so I wrote another email. Same form letter reply. Several more days went by and I wrote another, this time saying that I wanted to cancel my order. THIS one they responded to. Although I never received notice that my order was underway, they said that since it was processed, I could not cancel.
I still have not received any indication of when the undelivered items might get to me. But of course, THEY HAVE PROCESSED MY PAYMENT of $180+.
Also, three of the clothing items I received were too small (not a size consistent to other manufacturers.) To return them, I would have to pay for shipping back to China, so that is cost prohibitive.
This has been a very expensive lesson. I will not buy from this company EVER. And it is a lesson to only buy from American clothing stores, companies with good reputations.
Please listen to my comments and the others that people have posted. Do not order one thing from Roselinlin. I'm going to write comments on other media outlets, too. Companies need to realize how their lack of customer service hurts their business.
I forgot to mention. The clothes that did come had a horrendous chemical odor. I was getting a headache from having them in my room, so I had to hang them outside!

This fits decent but the picture is terrible. The words are misspelt. It says "Iww choose to flnd joy in the sourney that God has set before me"...
Also, that golden picture looks like a bone or some unidentifiable object. I still don't know what it is supposed to be.
Way overpriced.

I love that I can order a size 10 online at this boutique and when the clothes arrive they fit perfectly!
Delivery is generally within a couple of weeks. So happy!

Buy here a dress with a high quality fabric, excellent color. Incredibly fast to get there. Perfect for day to day, but easy to use for going out at night. Light enough for seasonal days. I definitely recommend it to friends and family.
This is my favorite modern clothing online store. Very professional, clean cut but still incredibly comfortable, as many of the tops and dresses have some stretch. The size varies for some upper parts when it depends on the cut of the clothes.
I love this top that I bought in this boutique. Can be worn with a hidden skirt for work or with unbuttoned pants for a more casual look. The neckline can also be tied for a more conservative look or untied for a more relaxed look.
