It has an amazing selection of products and excellent customer service. I have been purchasing a variety of items from this company for almost 2 years and have never been disappointed, and if they have, the problem has been quickly and easily fixed.
I looked at this website and wanted to buy so many lovely things. Thank you all for telling the truth about your experiences about terrible customer service and low quality clothes. As I read through the positive reviews, I see that a native speaker probably did not write them. Who calls going to the shopping mall a "tour"? We also do not say "my items" multiple times when discussing our orders. I will not order from this and other websites that have similar feedback- thank you again for your honesty.
I have ordered many times for my own good. They always have a wide range of clothing, accessories, shoes and beauty products at low prices. Shipping is all wrapped securely and beautifully. There are always discounts that make it fun to explore the products they have.

The clothes I ordered came 2 and ahalf months late, two of the dresses were poor quality material, over-sized, and poorly sewn because the arms we're to small. Another dress was the wrong color, and a pair of earrings had a different color stone in it. Sending them back to China was too expensive and not an option. If you buy items from this company you do so at your own peril. I recommend that you do not waste your money.

I could spend years shopping for clothes here!
I just placed my first order with them and I am really impressed with their shipping offers. The only downside is that your site has a lot of elements, so you can spend a lot of time browsing, but that can also be good because many of the clothes have models that can inspire you to dress like a girl, sporty or more like a girlfriend. Pretty good that the site has PayPal as an option too. I can already feel my love for other online sites dying...
Here they have such a wide range of clothing and accessories that it eliminates the need to search various websites for what I need. I just made my first order for a T-shirt and the customer service is second to none!
I have ordered shirts here several times and am never disappointed. The items I have received have been carefully packed and in good condition. The best aspect is the convenience, reliability and availability of certain products, in particular all clothing designs that are not available where I live. I will keep buying!
Their website warns you of an 11-21 day delivery time... but never mentions it will actually be 60 days! Yes, I said 60!
When reaching out to them at *******@roselinlin, com they simply keep sending you their shipping policy and that it is on it's way... with tracking numbers that aren't real. The items were ordered 5/21/20, their shipper, Track 17, showed the pkg was in customs on May 27, but it arrived on July 21!
Once the items arrived they were of terrible fabric, sized oddly and not as the pictures displayed. The fair is like paper (cheap, thin and crunchy). Just don't do it-save your hard earned dollars.

I've been a customer of this online boutique for a couple of years, and its items are pretty good for the price. Most items are the size of what is mentioned in the item itself, but if there is any item that does not fit, you will be glad to return them for store credit as long as you pay the shipping fee and if It is damaged and there is evidence that it is free shipping and return most of the time (which is quite reasonable since I have bought from other sites and they try to haggle offering credit even when it is damaged).
This is the first time I buy from this online store and so far I am really satisfied with the shopping experience. I can't wait for my pants to arrive and really complete the whole experience. I will definitely buy again if everything with my order turns out as expected!

I love buying clothes on the internet. I can't find a lot of classic style clothing near my home, but thanks to this boutique, I can buy affordable, good quality clothing. The website itself is easy to use. The images are clear and the measurement guides are really helpful. I am small and it is difficult to find dresses that fit me well. It seems to me that the clothes here fit me better.

Horrible - product - Horrible customer service - I agree with another review - Garbage Product by Thieves! I tried for 2 months to have customer service send me return information so I could send back my order, by the time someone finally responded they said it was too late, I had to return within 15 days - Yes thieves indeed!

It took over a month to get my item and when it arrived it didn't fit. I contacted the company to arrange a return. They informed me that their return center is in Guangzhou, China. The customer has to pay postage and "customs fees" and it could take up to a month to get there. This is not revealed on there website return policy. This is a quote from their e-mail to me, "International returns might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue." I will never order from this company again.
