Customer service was helpful and promptly answered my questions at the time. The quality of the products was in a decent state. I have always had a good experience with this internet boutique, its clothes are beautiful and of a higher quality than expected.
The first time i bought here and found the website easy to navigate what i was looking for clothes for me i placed an order over $ 100 and received my new jerseys and sweaters as described and displayed on the site Web.
Although the delivery time could have been faster, I have just received my luxurious dresses. Compared to other stores in a mall, the purchase price of this online boutique had more discount, plus free delivery. So the wait was worth it.
It was a very good experience to buy my dress online here. I would recommend it without hesitation. It was very easy and I had no problem.
They have a very good range of designs. Very good offers. Sometimes shipping takes a long time. It is always worth registering for some offers. I bought quite a few clothes here and I was never disappointed.
I ordered a couple of items here. I was very satisfied with the advertised price. I received both items in excellent condition, exactly as advertised, and shipping was fairly fast.
Despite all the negative recent reviews I've read here, my recent experience with this boutique was excellent. I bought an item (jacket), which arrived quickly and is in excellent condition and fits perfectly
The only way to buy these days with so many specials and offers is that it is difficult to see them all, unless you enjoy browsing for hours and hours... I have had no problems and I have bought clothes from here at least 20 times.
I had to give a star in order to submit my review, but they do not deserve a star at all. I ordered 9 items from this site. All the items were poorly made with threads hanging and actual seams that were unfinished including the pant legs of both pairs of pants having no hem!
The material was very poor quality as was the design (not at all like the pictures). On the tops there were seams where there should not be seams, WTF, the clothes all looked like something a cleaning person would wear in a hospital except worse. In fact i would rather wear the clothes I see cleaning personal wear.
When I looked into returning the items Roselinlin informed me by email that this would be costly to me as I would have to send the package to China, once Roselinlin decided whether to give me the return address or not, and that it could take months and there was no guarantee that the product would make it there or that I would be refunded. They offered me a 15% of cost reimbursement instead. Why would I do this for something I would never wear?! I am donating the items to cleaning staff at a non profit organizations that supports homeless people with addictions. Doubt they will wear them though as the material is so flimsy, but they can cut up to rags, and again would not likely be useful for this. At least what seams there are could be ripped out easily. Please do not buy from this company, you will be sorely disappointed.
Please people do not buy from this company! On May 25th, I ordered over $100.00 of products and by July 25th, all I've received was the blouse on sale for $20.00. They don't have a customer service line so, your e-mails go unanswered or, worse with the same explanation, "your items have been shipped". Save your money and the headache, stay far away from this store.

I bought a blouse that knew the quality and size and also some beautiful jackets at a great price. I expected a long delivery, but I received it in less than 2 weeks.
I ordered a nice pants here! I received the order on time and in very good condition. The response by email was excellent and fast. Definitely 5 stars!
Ordered April 29. Still haven't received. They will not issue a refund or send another item. Do not order from them

This website has so many cute clothes and everything at affordable prices even for students, and the quality of the items is also excellent! Every time I buy items from this boutique, I am always happy.
I have a bag that I am really satisfied with, the quality was good and it looks exactly like the page. Shipping took about 2 weeks.
Also, the tracking number gave me information on where my item was.
I just ordered another bag, I am super satisfied!
Don't be lured in by the constant ads and pop-ups. I ordered $97,00 early June, I go nothing for it. BIG SCAM, don't fall for this.

I have loved this boutique for years! Endless fashion and beauty! I hope they expand other categories as well to have an urban style of providers too ;)
I bought a lot of things here including beauty clothes and accessories, all the products are of good quality and the customer service team is very helpful and responds in a timely manner. Highly recommended.
