I ordered 5 items from this clothier months ago. I received a message indicating a shipping delay. I waited 6 weeks or so to be told that a portion of the items order had shipped. I received a tracking number and every day I check my item notes it is in Atlanta Ga. It has been at this facility for 2 weeks. I have written Customer Service who asks me to continue to wait. Remember this is only half my order the other items have been shipped. I have asked to cancel and receive a refund but no response. So my dinnerware will arrive months late. A. fiasco and I think a. Scam. I do not recommend
I purchased 2 dresses from Roselinlin and discovered I didn't have revenue to cover costs. I immediately cancelled order within a half hour and was informed I would be deducted 15% even though they never had time to even put the order together. What a rip off! Shame on you Roselinlin!

I purchased the linen pants from here as they looked so chic and comfy on the models. After 6 months of WAITING for the items, they finally arrived. I tried on the pants and they looked like a blind person made them with tissue paper. They are HORRID HORRID clothes. If you like your butt looking like a sack of wet oatmeal -these clothes are FOR YOU!. I had to reverse my credit card charge as the company would NOT provide a return address. Don't trust the "great" reviews. That is their m. O.- ALL B. S.

I ordered 128.00 worth of clothes and not one item received was what was shown on their website nor description. You think your ordering linen, no you get corduroy, fake silk, polyester fabric. Pants show ankle length, mine went over my toes! They waited over the time frame before shipping so you could not have cc company to back off the charge. I waited 46 days before receiving my junk. They offered me a refund of $1.50! Increased th amount to 2.00,3.00. If i wanted to return the items i had to pay the shipping cost along with some tariff fee. They even asked if i could sell it or donate it, i tossed it in the trash. What a SCAM!

I love his unique clothes for all the girls. They have many options in styles and categories for all women. I keep shopping in this online boutique and I also prefer to buy online due to the convenience and speed.
I had ordered somethings in March of 2020. It is now September 1,2020! I never received my package after writing to the company 10 times or more. It is a Chinese company and they could care about Americans!
I will send this to the Attorney General and BBB.
DO NOT waste your money and time.
If I could give a NEGATIVE score I would.
Totally disgusting that this company is still in business!

THINK THEY BANK ON CLIENTS FORGETTING WHAT THEY ORDERED, OR FORGETTING REFUND REQUEST. Not operating in good faith. Items received subpar. Won't ever order again.
