My wedding was in september and I ordered this dreas in april so I can get it in and have my brisdes maid try it on for alterations… its now october…. And I still havent gotten this dress. I've had the same experiance as others. 2 weeks after purchase, product is still "processing", when it was a 2 week expectancy to begin with! Then when I told them I won't be buying again because after reading the reviews, it's the same experience as others, They quoted another persons experiance with the same reply to their email I've seen on this site, "item is out of stock, please wait until it's back in stock 10/10, sorry blah blah" wow! That's also a total of a month and I wouldn't have known unless I bothered to contact! Never buying from here again, have had some $#*!ty service but this is outrageous, you can tell its automated because they don't even stick up for themselves. Shame on people like this! I'll make another review of my purchase if I even receive it, but by the sounds of others its going to be a good fire starter. *agravaged to say the least. (Next time I'm checking reviews like I usually do, this time I was just going with it sigh my fault.)

I too have been ripped off. Paid for expedited shipping, never received the item. Contacted them and they told me that my item would be shipped in the next two days. I asked for money back on the expedited shipping, they offered me 5% discount coupon and for me to expect my shipment to go out in an additional two days. I'm pissed. Both with myself for not having checked reviews before I purchased, and at them. The only way to fight things like this is social media. I am seriously thinking of starting a "Rosegal rips you off" group on Facebook. Would anybody join to get the word out?

DONOT order from this company! It is a complete scam. I placed an order 2 weeks ago, they took the money out of my account but I haven't received any of my items. I called my bank today to make a claim. I also had an additional charge on my account that wasn't valid and was from China. Seems fishy since China is where the items are coming from. This company could be selling your credit card info to other companies. BE WARE AND DO NOT ORDER! I reported this company to Facebook, I can't believe they would even allow a scam company to advertise on there.

Ordered 4 items back the end of August. Got an email these items shipped out Sept 9. Today is Oct 1st and still no order. I attempted 2 times to get in touch with their "customer service" via email and each time told I would get a response within 24 hours, nothing from anyone. Went on website and got a phone number, called, got a recording the Magic Jack (yup off the infomercials) customer is unavailable try again later. WTF?! So, no idea where my order is or if I'll ever get it.

Horrible! I shop on line constantly and have never been burned like this. Poor Quality on items, they don't ship yet charge you. If you want to return something, it will cost you more then the items for proper tracking. You will lose money, minutes of your life and more if you shop here. Again, worst on line experience in my life.

Wish I could give a negative rating. Quite honestly the worst site I've had to deal with. Throughout the month after ordering 3 skirts I received lie after lie, continually being told to wait 2-3 business days for my order to be processed. The only saving grace is that they respond to tickets quickly.
I paid extra for expedited shipping and once that threshold was passed I was then told that it was a "National Day" and nothing would be processed for another 3 days. Just requested a refund so let's see how that goes.

Ordered two sweatshirts. Paid extra for expedited shipping. Checked on the order 10 days after ordering. Said it was still processing. Asked what's up. They said "good news! Your items are in stock!" Ok... then ship them to me! I asked for them to be shipped that day and the response was that they had to many orders to handle.? Wtf are you doing? No business having a business like this. I just asked to cancel and get my money back this morning... we will see what happens now. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

Ordered two dresses at the beginning of September. Contacted them to find out why my dresses were still processing a week later. Was told they were out of stock till October. Asked them why i hadnt been told about this delay and that i wanted a refund. Didn't hear back from them for three days. They finally responded back with another excuse about moving to a bigger warehouse. Horrible service, excuses and not honoring their shipping guidelibes. Contacting paypal to get my money back. Bought similar items from wish.com and had them in two weeks with free shipping. Won't be using rosegal ever again beware.

I mean, honestly, always do your research before ordering online (especially internationally). I saw online that sizes run small and that fabric is often a cheaper quality than in the pictures.
I purchased two items, one had a review and it arrived exactly as pictured. Surprisingly nice fabric for the price (soft sweater)The other had no reviews, so I knew I was taking a risk. I double checked measurements to be sure it would fit. And it did fit - slightly smaller than pictures, but I expected that. Still nice for the price.
Shipping did take slightly longer than I was hoping (I got expedited and it took 20 days total from when I ordered), but I was ready for that. I think it may be because one of my items was not priority dispatch.
I was satisfied enough that I'm ordering again now, this time with only priority dispatch items - we'll see if that's a tad faster!
Also, I sent them one message to check on the status, and they answered me about 12 hours later. Not bad.
Overall: not perfect, but not a scan. You just have to do your research.
One dress showed up in a tiny package completely wrinkled, horrible quality for $45 and I never got the other one. I'm still waiting for my refund (6 weeks later)! NEVER AGAIN!

Zero! Horrible quality clothing! The fabric is dollar store quality. The stitching is absolutely horrible and was done by a beginner stitcher. The clothing is style the way it drives is nothing like the picture. I am 5 foot 6 and a size 6 average American girl I look like I am wearing a hen and girl clothing for their one size fits all. The dress I got is the size of a shirt. The other drivers I don't even know what it is I can't even be worn as a shirt it's basically Spanx. But as a cheaper material. My daughter ordered a sweater and it is total junk also nothing is quality from this site. I only received part of my order. Its been 3 months now haven't heard anything haven't received a refund and I haven't received my order. My other part of the order I just wanted to get a refund for but they have not contacted me back. The order that I do have I would like to ship it back and get a refund but the customer is responsible for paying the shipping and the refund that they gave his only partial if you have all the original plastic baggies that they ship your closing at best you will get a partial refund this company is ripping off Americans. Do not order if you read these reviews and you still order then you get exactly what you deserve. The only good reviews on here have got to be from people that they are paying to write good reviews because there is no way in hell anybody is going to give this company a good review.

Well as i see all negative comments... i was about to buy some clothes but after all this review hell nooo! Thanks ;)
If I can give them 0 star, I would. Rosegal.com is the worst retail company I've ever had to deal with. I placed an order that consists of ONLY TWO items, a dress and a small ring... I understood that it will take about a month to get to me. Guess what? NEVER GOT IT.
I contacted them and it takes them about a whole day to respond back. Yes, each message you send them, it will take a whole day to get back or sometimes even longer. So this problem is being dragged for even longer than I wanted. They asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. Of course I said refund. I'm not waiting another month to see if I get it or not again! When they responded, they offered me PARTIAL refund! Granted, it's only $3 but it's $3 that I shouldn't have to fork up. It is not our problem if the package goes missing because I PAID FOR INSURANCE! On their website! This is outrageous.
I know we all want bargains. But please, you're just going to give yourself a headache if you deal with them. AVOID!

I am baffled by the reviews i have used rosegal a couple of times - four separate orders now. I am a bargain junkie and was tired of the high-street cheap shops for clothes as loads of other people have the same as you so i buy a couple of clothes from online now. Rosegal is one of my haunts - my advice is - try order one or two things at a time. If you order more they may get the size and colour wrong. Or mixed up - i only ever order max of three items and have had no problems. Second massive tip is know your measurements - this is an asian company china or hongkong dunno so they have different sizes to us what they say is medium is not medium in UK also they even vary medium of one top and one dress within the site so do not go for the label - however i know my size bust waist etc and i always use the size charts and have never had a problem with it - all fit ok. The quality in my opinion is good as in my case they were cheap. So for how cheap it is its fab for me. It does take ages to come - like half a month so around two weeks but to me its worth it as i am wearing something no one i the city probably have - unlike primark clothes or new look clothes where everyone is wearing. Hope this helps other girls out there.
