Don't order from rosegal

My first order went fine. The second order I placed, my clothes were too large or too small, had strings hanging, weren't wearable. There was also one top missing from my order, I've contacted them a few times now but they won't get back to me, it's been 4 months now since I placed my second order. It's a mistake to order through this rosegal, there's a reason they're clothes are so cheap.

I am surprised (and suspicious) of the positive comments. I bought several items from the site and I am planning on leaving the site. The material was ridiculously cheap and the clothes were duplicates of the actual clothes advertised. Very disappointed.

Do your research before ordering!
Jewelry feels like the ¢. 50 jewelry you would get out of those machines as a kid.
Took two months to get my order and ONLY because I emailed them complaining.
I would not give them your money! As I wish I would have given them mine!

It was very pretty when I received it and I receive many compliments. As well as this I bought a wonderful bohemian dress from rosegal- there is truly something on there for everyone. A company can not meet every customer's needs, but at least I got what I want.

They deserve no stars! Do not buy from them!

I ordered September 23,2014. It is now November 6,2014. I have received nothing... no email back no items! I have opened 3 support tickets as they instructed if there is an issue and they have not responded.

I ordered from Rosegal late July and received the shipment by early August only to see that the size is nothing like USA which is better quality. Anyhow I resend back the items through custom. I contacted Sharon and gave her my Custom ID # for her to tell me that I should get a refund 5 to 10 business days. It has past and I tried contacting her again with no response. This has been the worst experience ever and I think I have lost my money. Now we are in November and this issue has been going on Since August. Please do NOT order any clothing from them. BE AWARE!

They shipped me one shirt that they said was shipped before I requested a refund... well this is bull because that was Nov 1 and I still have not received anything.

I have been in contact with the Advertising Standards Canada and I am going to push to see if they can help get the site shut down.

Seriously the ABSOLUTE WORST company I have ordered anything from. I purchased 5 sweaters, which were HORRENDOUS once they arrived. Not at all like they appeared on the website, and felt like were packed in insulation! The sizing is ridiculously small, the clothing quality is complete $#*!! Seriously, do not purchase from this company. When i inquired about returning my merchandise, they literally told me it would be not be worth it for me to pay the shipping costs to return it! And then they offered my a credit, which was a fraction of what I paid. When i looked to verify that they had credited my account, I realized that they had deleted me from their system. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

I wish I would have done my research before ordering. There appears to be some really cute tops on this site. I decided to order one item first to see how doing business with them went. WELL - I ordered a sweatshirt on Oct. 8th. I have been checking in with them constantly about my order. But after the 15 day mark (on the site it said to allow 7-15 days for processing) I was livid that my order was still processing. I even allowed 15 business days. They charged me immediately instead of when the order shipped, like most companies do. I contacted customer service again yesterday about why my order was still processing just shy of a month later! To which they responded that the item I ordered on Oct 8th was OUT OF STOCK! Bull$#*!. So I replied that I was very upset and that I wanted a full refund and that I would be filing a complaint. This morning when I checked my email I had a tracking number for my item. I am interested to see how long shipping will take, what shape/quality the item is and if it's even the right item considering they told me it was out of stock the day before they shipped it.

I attached the photo from the website of the sweatshirt I ordered. I ordered a size Medium. My chest is a 34C/D - so I'm a little worried based on other reviews that it may be too small. If that's the case I guess it's a good thing I have young nieces.

They did over to refund 10% of the purchase price (so about a $1.50) for the delay. Which I appreciate their attempt at remedying the issue, but we will see if I receive that refund.

Their customer service deserves at least 2 1/2 stars because they always responded to my inquiries within 24 hours.

I will be giving them 1 star on value, shipping, returns and quality until I receive my item.

Update - 2/9/15
I received my order about 2 weeks after my initial review. I was refunded as they said they would do. The product. NOT what I expected at all. In the picture it looks like a soft cotton material. It's not. I said I ordered a Medium and was nervous it was going to be too small. Well, good thing they sent me a Large. It fits well, but not as baggy as I hoped it to be. The zipper on the shoulder is far from satisfactory. Granted it's for looks I still would appreciate the zipper staying together.

Final review: NEVER AGAIN.

If I could give 0 stars Id do it. Worst online shopping experience ever. They say one size... it wouldnt fit a skinny asian 12 years old. The sleeves are to small, the pockets are small as $#*!, the shipping took a month and their customer services is so $#*!ty id have more chance being hit by a meteor than receiving a response from them.

Everything is just so cheap -,-

ZERO STARS!

ZERO STARS! I ordered a sweater, after not receiving it within the allotted timeframe, I contacted their customer service to see where exactly it was in the shipping process. I was then, and only then, informed that the sweater I ordered was no longer in stock and would not be renewed. I went and looked on the site and even today that sweater is still there advertised, funny! Either way they asked would I care to have it exchanged or my money refunded. Not surprisingly I choose to have my money refunded, and shockingly this has not happened yet and it has been a month at least! So PLEASE beware and DO NOT SHOP on this site.

CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP... Don't ever order from them... I've ordered 2 tops in large but they were so small I've gave them to my 12 years old daugther and the material is so cheap, you can see trought... Dissapointed and will never buy back from them. NEVER

I'm a bit surprised by all of the bad reviews given here. I ordered a coat and it came within 1-2 weeks without any issue. Was a bit surprised by the packaging (it was sort of crammed into a plastic package so it was wrinkled but that was no issue smoothing it out couldn't fix) and the fabric was thinner than expected but that wasn't really a big deal for me. It looked like it did in the picture and was rather good quality. The buttons were loose, but that was expected and was easy to fix. The measurements of the size charts were accurate and it fits perfectly. The coat was very pretty and I've received many compliments on it. I've recently placed another order and so far the only issue I've had is it taking quite a while to come, will see what happens in the future.

I cannot begin to express the dissapointment in this company. When I first placed my order back in September,, there was nothing letting me know that they were in the process of moving to a bigger warehouse,, so after 3 weeks of waiting for product I emailed and they informaed me of this. Product was order on 09/24 and finally recieved last week. When I opened it,,,, I ended up giving it to my Niece that is 7 years old. The sizing was rediculous. Not to mention the quality. One shirt looked like it was made out of left-over halloween material and the sewing and putting together of the shirt was a joke. Now,,, in order to get any of my $ 70.00 back,,, I have to pay for shipping and can possibly get 20% of the pricce returned to me. I will NEVER purchase anything from this website again and I will be sure to make sure my friends are aware as well. I have no idea how this company stays in business. I have never seen such homemade cheap clothing. I placed 2 orders within 1 week... if I would have known the product was this cheap... I never would have placed that second order.

I ordered 3 items from Rosegal on October 9th and my first item was shipped out on the 19th and arrived yesterday (November 3rd). I expected the shipping to take this long as the shipment email I received said 12-25 business days.
I just picked up the package from the post office and was actually afraid to open it due to all of the negative reviews. I thought it was going to be a total disappointment, but it actually turned out to be what I expected! I have attached pictures of what the sweater looked like on their website and what I received. Considering the price, I think what I received is close enough!
With respect to sizing, I am 5'2.5" and weigh 115, breast size is 36C. I ordered a small and it fits snug, but is definitely not too small.
