I ordered a green pullover sweatshirt, that appeared to be very soft matte cotton fabric... when it arrived it looked like cheap Barbie doll clothing, shiny polyester looking fabric. It barely fit over my head & none of the pictured materials patched. The cute loop buttons on the model where ugly brass snap buttons. Cheap! You get what you pay for. Don't order through Rosegal - especially with their no return policy.

Ordered in March, its been 80 days, still no package. Same generic message about it could be delayed for festivals. Total BS. Tracking number shows no updates. Its not considered lost until 60 business days after shipping. That date has come and gone. Still no resolution. Wish I would have found this site BEFORE I ordered. I placed an order in March 2015 knowing and accepting of the fact that the items could take awhile to arrive. Unfortunately, as each parcel arrived it became apparent that sizing is extremely inconsistent and even though I followed the instructions to measure and then choose the size, most of the items did not fit. The few that did had obvious construction flaws like unfinished seams, uneven hems and one item even had a sleeve sewn in backwards. The fabric is cheap and obviously synthetic and I doubt would survive many washings. This company will not allow returns unless you upload pictures of the defect and or pictures of measurements of the items with a ruler to prove the items are unacceptable.
As an online shopper who understands that even if an item arrives exactly as it is represented on the site you may not like it anyway, inability to return what you do not like is a deal killer for me.
Do yourselves a favor and skip this retailer. If you do not end up liking your purchase you are stuck with it.
6/12/15 Update. I want to update my review and add that since I wrote the original, Rosegal has contacted me and offered to let me return the items I purchased at my own expense for an 85% refund. I would prefer a full refund but this is certainly better than nothing. I was sent an RMA form and instructions for mailing the items back. I will update further when I receive the refund.
6/22/15 Update. I have determined that it will cost me $65.00 to return the items I purchased to Rosegal using the smallest flat rate USPS box that will hold everything. My total purchase was $172.00 and Rosegal is only offering 85% refund. This means I can only count on a refund of $146.20. When you subtract the $65.00 it will take to return the merchandise, my net refund is only $81.20. This is of course if the package is allowed through Chinese customs and Rosegal actually follows through.
One can argue that $81.20 is better than nothing, but I stand by my original position: You get what you pay for and hassle free returns is a must. To be fair, Rosegal never once miss-represented their return policy, but the questionable quality and inconsistent sizing that was represented by the items I purchased make it impossible for me to be a return customer.

Ordered three items. First had uneven seams badly sewn. Second wasn't even the item ordered. Third had clearly been home to a family of moths the amount of holes in it. None of the items had manufacture or care lables attached. Clearly made in a back room or sweat shop. After three weeks of Rosegal refusing to provide a returns address I referred the matter to Paypal who are now dealing with it. They have tried lying saying I cannot have full refund as the items are now second hand! They have tried every trick to get me to accept a refund of less than half the value and not return them.

I received my first order from Rosegal yesterday. A swimsuit. I wear a size 12-14 clothing and ordered an XL which should be a 14 according to the size charts. It's more like a 6-8. Incredibly small! Not even close to true size. This may be an XL in children's clothing. Swimwear is non-returnable, non-exchangeable. Also, the order took about a month to arrive. I am still waiting on a second item that I ordered at the same time (1st week of May). As of June 9th I am still waiting and was told to expect it around June 20th. I have to say, they do have responsive customer service. All messages I sent to them were replied to within 48 hours.

I ordered tights from Rosegal and received them about 3 weeks ago. The quality is awful not what is shown in the picture. The leather tights were see through. I would never order again. I sent an email to customer service now they want my to take pictures of the issue. THEY DON'T FIT. Why do I need to take a picture of my in the tights to prove they do not fit me, and one pair is see through. According to their return policy though if you take the tags off you cannot return it anyway. Hate that this showed up on my facebook and I fell for it. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

I purchased several pieces from Rosegal for this season. They offer on-trend and affordable clothing. I check the size charts carefully. I am delighted by the stylishness and the price, and no charge for shipping and no tax. I have saved lots of money and I love my clothes! Delivery time is around two weeks because it's coming all the way from Beijing. It is well worth the wait!
I wish I read the review before I ordered! I ordered size M to be on the safe side as I normally wear size S, but they were smaller than XS. Now I asked for refund or even exchange but they won't do it. Also if you want to ship them back you have to pay for it yourself! It's rubbish I would never ever ever do shopping with them.

The articles have nothing in common with the pictures in the website, but the colors.
The quality and the fabric are terrible: I ordered 3 dresses and they looks like plastic... it seems I am wearing an umbrella.
Never seen anything lower than this... the cheapest dresses you can buy in a chineese shop or at the market are a lot better than these.

If you ever try to exchange anything, which more than likely you will considering sizes vary from company to company. This company gave me a song and dance for weeks just to exchange. Not to mention the clothes are poorly made, which I kind of new considering the price. I finally gave up and I do believe they count on that. I placed my order a month ago and last week only received one of the two swimsuits requested. As many others have said, it does not fit. The suit fits me around but is made for someone with a torso 3/4 the size of mine. Of course, I can't return or exchange it because it is a swimsuit and the other suit is "on it's way" which will probably not fit either. What a waste.
