I ordered from them two months ago and haven't received anything they have an excuse for every complaint and add two weeks for themselves every time now they are telling me I have to talk to my post office lmao I live in the USA our post offices's dont forget about packages left in a corner or rip us off. I am so disgusted I wish I had not used my credit card either they dont disclose that fact that you are ordering from another country.

Just as everyone else is saying, I agree. Don't order from this site. I can't even complain about the poor quality of their clothes, because I haven't even received mine, as most people don't. I should have read reviews first. I haven't seen one good review. I've never been so Unsatisfied in online shopping until now.

I still have not received half of my order. The clothes are very cheap material. I did like one shirt but the rest was garbage... Can't contact them still... Just pay more somewhere else... You get what you pay for I guess.

I bought a swimsuit in march; it's June and still nothing. I had been in communication with them and told them I wanted a refund. Suddenly two new emails showed up with old dates saying the swimsuit was out of stock and I could have my money on a Rosegal gift card. Long story short, I've opened a dispute via PayPal. Do NOT order from them.

Be warned! This company has some real quality issues. Their photos of dresses are very carefully presented but the dresses are much different when they arrive. For example, a black and white floor length dress with a v-pattern up the front came to us with NO v-pattern up the front at all! In the photo the material seemed like a medium knit material but came in a light scarf-like material with seams up the sides instead of down the front & back. Because the material was so light weight, the side seams were puckered and pulled the skirt up at the sides! Very disappointing.
We also did not receive an item ordered at the same time. No explanation, no notice of future shipment, nothing. Bad customer service I would say.

CRAP

I order three dresses from them and they looked beautiful on the website, three weeks later they finally came in and they looked nothing like they did on the site, the clothes are cheap looking and like like crap. Never again will i ever order anything from them.

Disgrace

They obviously don't want you to return anything. Ticket after ticket number. Then my ticket took me to another customers conversation. I'm being ignored. I want the address to return. The sizes were way out. I bought way to big knowing they would be small. No where near y size.

I ordered two bikinis, based on their size charts. Both bottoms were WAY smaller than the measurements provided, like 30 cm difference. Also the top on one had a stripe that was supposed to match the bottoms, but the stripe was red and the bottoms were pink. I tried contacting customer service and after 6 or more messages to them, they said they didn't refund swimwear. I will never use this site again, and I have seen a lot of other complaints from customers.

Worse ever!

I ordered a swimsuit the first of March and still haven't received it. I have sent several e-mails to them and they kept assuring me I would get it. This week I have been trying to contact their support center and it seems I have been blocked. A word to the wise... NEVER order from here. I am highly disdisappointed!

What a scam. I followed measurements, ordered a few items, and they arrived not even CLOSE to being able to fit. The large would fit on my left toe... maybe. So I initiated the return process, which was RIDICULOUS. Now they have stopped responding to me. I think I'll end up eating the $50. Glad it's not more, but the whole way this has been handled has left me seething. FYI, I have NEVER submitted an online review of anything in my life, so that's how annoyed this whole situation has made me. Complete and total scam.

Not too bad

I ordered only one $15 swimsuit off Rosegal. It came in a reasonable time and looks to be of decent quality. Unfortunately the torso is a bit too short so it doesn't fit for me to wear it. I wouldn't order anything that sizing really matters because of this, but I would consider ordering from them again.

I placed an order for a swimsuit from Rosegal. It took almost 2 months to finally receive my swimsuit. And when I got it, it was not the size I ordered. I emailed them to discuss. I was told that my order had stated the wrong size (which I know for a fact it did not) and that I got what I ordered so they would not give me a refund. I emailed them back stating this was unexceptable and they will not respond back. Terrible customer service, slow painful slow delivery, and then incorrect orders. Not worth your time, they are crooks just trying to keep your money. Place my item came from China. I will never shop Rosegal again and I really don't reccomend anyone else do so either.

I ordered 3 times from Rosegal with no problems. Some items were shipped at different times but all came in timely manner. The 3 bathing suits I got in 2 and 3xl were great quality they fit size 14. The jewelry was outstanding. I ordered complete outfits from shoes to hat. A couple lacy shirts had excessive strings hanging down but I just took a match to the strings. One set of short cream colored leggings I ordered for around 3 dollars was easy to see through, but I ordered over $300. Worth of items and the rest were top notch. I was surprised the bra with no waist band or straps works great. Also bought a 4 dollar sun hat that came folded with a permanent crease. I still like it though. The dre, skirt, scarp, pants... were exactly as pictured. I bought a purse for $38. That wasn't leather but I wasn't expecting it to be since it didn't state the material type. I avoided anything close to 100% polyester and anything that said bodycon. Customer service was also very helpful.

Since receiving that msg on sitejabber, I received another msg through rosegal.com website:
6/29/2015 We are sorry for the delay to reply you due to our system error.
Please just measure the items bust part to show the item size problems. Then we can give you the solutions according to the photos confirmation.____________
I have since sent another message to them:
6/29/2015 Upon receipt of your email from 6/13/2015 - There was also a statement Added to review about returns.

That's when I discovered that you do not normally allow return lingerie or swimsuits.
There is no way to fathom this would be the case when ordering.
When someone is ordering, they assume they plan to keep the items because they assume the items will come as expected.
No one would check the "return" information upon ordering.
This is not appropriate actions for a company that expects people to be satisfied.

Here is what hapend when I placed my order on rosegal. I order for more than 1 000$, and I paid the express shipping.

1. They frozed my transaction claiming that they needed a copy a my driving licence and my birth certificate, of course with every single detail about my credit card information, well, everything that someone need to steal my identity.

Then, when all that was done, half of what I wanted was unavailable.
-I received the items more than 6 weeks after I placed my order, They never send thought express shipping, they simply took the money, and put it in their pockets

3.95% of the products I received was either: the wrong size, wrong items, or completly different from the picture( like not even close). Ohh and without talking about the 150$ I had to pay for import taxes.

4. After weeks, did accepted to refund my money if I send back the products( obviously I had to pay the shipping fee).
5. AND YOU KNOW WHAT! I SEND BACK THE ITEMS, AND THEY NEVER SEND ME THE MONEY BACK!
THEY SIMPLY CLOSED THE 'TICKET ID'.
We are going in court to solve this problem.
So the bottom line is...
DO NOT, EVER, ORDER FROM ROSEGAL!

I am so pissed!

I have been trying to get into contact with these people for a while now! I paid $10 for 3-7 business day shipping and I have not received it yet... Hence the reason for trying to contact them. I used the tracking number they gave me and tried to find my package and DHL said they have never even received anything to deliver. Now seeing all the reviews all I want to do is shut them down!

First of all they are asian sized so XL is xs. It took more than 10 days to get it and to return it I have to measure the swim suits and take pictures to send it back? WTF. Customer service sucked they said just wait patiently for my swim suits that didn't fit at all. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER!
