The shipping took way too long. The product did look good although there was nothing attached to hang it with.
There was no clear indication that the order might take weeks when I placed it and I paid for expedited shipping not realizing that such doesn't matter when there is no indication when my order would be ready. Regardless it has been a month and I still have no received the product. I reached out to customer service and still haven't gotten a response.
Paid for expedited shipping and customization (2-3 business days) after 10 (business) days received nothing and filed a claim with my bank to recover my loss.
My mother loved the gift. The quality was great. I do suggest ordering ahead and not waiting till last minute. I chose expedited shipping and it took awhile for my order to ship. But that was my fault for not reading thoroughly and just being overly excited to order!

The flower pot turned out beautiful and as expected but the shipping time is unacceptable. Shipping was suppose to take 4-8 business days and it took 3 weeks. The tracking info they gave me was a joke and I thought I had been scammed. It didn't give me any real updates as to where the item was or when it would be delivered. If you search Rosefeels online, they have a lot of negative reviews for long shipping times and items never received. I was just relieved that I hadn't been scammed and my item was received.

The product that showed up was great. Good quality and was exactly as advertised. However, this was ordered before Mother's Day and it didn't deliver until over a month after. So the deliver could be made quicker. Otherwise, great product.

Would not use RoseFeels again. It was not apparent that this was being put together in China- I ordered it about five days before Mother's Day just hoping there would be a chance. I paid expedited shipping which was an error on my part. WHY did you offer $4 cost for "special attention"? What special attention did that buy. This arrived 3 weeks after Mother's Day.
The extra time to craft the gift is understandable but should have been more clearly stated.
And I expect it takes 2 minutes to actually assemble it anyhow.
