I ordered a week out from my anniversary thinking if I Paid $30 for epidited shipping it would at least come close to my anniversary date. It came in yesterday. My anniversary was 7/31! Shipping it would at least come close to my anniversary date. It came yesterday. They did return $15 for the expedited shipping charge. Quality of the item was subpar. I'd give it a two out of five. Definitely not worth the 75 bucks I spent.
I love the frames that I received although the wood is a little thin. My biggest complaint is that there is not a way to hang these and I thought there would be. Now, I have to go buy hangers but a little worried about putting them in because the wood is so thin. I hope it doesn't break.
I love the artwork and personalization it brings but, I didnt get an update on my order until after I inquired a month after placing the order. The gift was meant to be an anniversary gift but arrived 5 days after. The figurines were also supposed to have the first letter of all of our names. J, K, E, X and B. They were all blank. In the end like I said before it is a nice piece of art just took way to long and didnt meet expectations.

So I purchased this necklace for my anniversary with my girlfriend, only for it to come late. I bought not only the quick delivery but also the vip. I recommend not buying both vip or quick delivery, really a waste of money. When I got the package the necklace chain-bits broke lose, meaning it wasn't well made. Customer support was great they helped me out when I couldn't locate or see my package and told me when it was coming.
