I couldn't find the measurements of the bboks when I ordered, but figured the extra large is paper sized

I listed names in the order I preferred them, but they didn't come that way. Cheap wood was used.

They misspelled the engraving then when I ask for a new one to be made (because I do like the product in theory) they ignored the question and offered me a 20% refund.

Scheduled a delivery for 11/14, pre paid the entire amount and Item was wrongly delivered one month in advance. After my request of a refund being that the surprise was ruined and there was no point in having another delivery on the correct date, all they were able to give me was a 15 $ gift card.

Sent a request for someone to call me and no one did. Provided a number as well. No product nor communication

I bought the family wood plaque as a present for a friend who's going through an adoption. I paid almost $30 to have the present expedited shipping. Almost one month later, no present and no $10 refund they promised me on the extra shipping.

The flowers aren't bright. It looks like it's printed off a standard printer. The product looks much cheaper than it's advertised.

I purchased an item as a gift for my wife's birthday. I selected expedited shipping to get it before her birthday. Shipping costs were about $28. I received a shipping announcement about a week after the purchase. The package arrived 12 days after receiving the first announcement. The package was shipped regular mail.

The $80 purchase arrived and the 3 layers of the were coming apart.

I didn't realize that the hearts were a part of the carving. From the picture on the website, I thought each heart was attached by a string. Since I thought the hearts were not permanently attached, I wasn't concerned about the order of the names. I was disappointed when the product arrived. I'm not sure if it's in the fine print. I missed it if it was.

I requested a refund. Customer service asked for pictures. Their initial response was for me to re-glue the layers together. They said the damage occurred in shipping.

I pushed back and they offered 20% of the product. I refused again requesting my "expedited" shipping costs back. The offered $10 additional dollars. They weren't requiring me to ship it back. I was relieved since was was thrown in the trash a day after receiving their first response.

I realize they are a small business and every dollar matters. Producing and delivering a quality product is the key to success. Unfortunately, didn't see either.

Wife loved her 5 year anniversary gift! We were able to customize it with our favorite song lyrics.
