I ordered a necklace for my daughter for Christmas. I wasn't sure how it would look and hoped for the best. She lost her best friend some years ago and still struggles so I wanted to give her something that she could keep with her at all times. The necklace has an angel wing, a heart with her best friend's name on it and her BF's birthstone. She loved it and cherishes it. I am very happy with the quality and the look of it.

It took a min to recurve them, But both were gorgeous and the girls love them. Thank you

Pendant is nice but the chain looks like it came out of a quarter machine. Shipping took 28 days

I ordered a bracelet with heart-shaped charms engraved with the names of my grandchildren. The bracelet was surprisingly lightweight, even flimsy. The charms were so small that it is difficult to read the engraved names with the naked eye. The shipping from China took a long, long time, and I missed out on giving this gift to my wife for Christmas.

Very pleased with the product. I wish that there would have been better communication on the order status and information on shipping.

The website was suspicious + the customer support was terrible. My order came 2 weeks late and when I reached out to get help and showed them my emails + receipts they said "you never ordered anything from us." Terrible company honestly, but the actual product is great.

Easy and convenient but shipping was long wait. It was more like 10-15 days not 5-8 business days

So very disappointed so far. Ad says 4-8 days shipping. A few more days and it will be a month as they transfer from yak to yak trying to get a bracelet to me. My grandkids might be college seniors before I see the bracelet and the oldest is only 18 months old now.

I love the gift! It is great quality and arrived as expected. I only wish the engravings were centered appropriately to match. I have three names and when grouped together the names are not centered or aligned.
