The only issue I had was I paid for speedy delivery and ended up taken 3 weeks to receive the sign and I had to email the company which is why I think it ended up being shipped when it was.

Whe the product was very nice, it took over 3 weeks to get delivery. So if you need it fast, choose another website. If you're a way in advance planner, order now!

I bought a Venmo/Instagram plaque with my scan on it and they sent it to me opposite. So the Venmo scan was on the Instagram side and the Instagram scan was on the Venmo side.): it looks really cute and I still use it. But it was almost $50 and I expected it to be written out correctly.

The product came out nice, though a little difficult to read names because the ink was too close in color to the material. I paid extra for fastest shipping. I found out too late that there is a production process that can take up to 10 business days. That was disappointing considering it arrived after the birthday party I needed it for.

Product came as pictured however the social icon stickers were a little crooked and the frame top right has slight damage.
