It was advertised as 8-10 business days and took over a month to be delivered. Well after Mothers Day which I ordered it for.

When it arrived it was beautiful and a great product.

It took awhile to get item, and difficult to communicate with the company.

Great idea for fathers day gift for my son. I was searching for something personal for the fathers in my life. I thought this was thoughtful and personal.

My order was perfect upon arrival. Customer Service went above and beyond when I realized I entered the incorrect shipping address and they took care of my mistake immediately.

I received my order way too late. It was a birthday gift and I wasn't able to give it to my husband till weeks after his birthday.
The quality was okay but definitely not worth $55. The band doesnt have enough rings to keep the bracelet closed it just stick up..

Loved this, got it for my mom for Mother's Day. She was very happy with it, and thought it was very nicely designed.

Most unhappy about paid for increased shipping speed which took longer than expected. And $10 charge for gift bag that probably would have cost $1 at a store, thought it would be more thoughtful.

The product itself was beautiful and well made. But, I paid for expedited shipping (2-3 days) and the product arrived in 2.5 weeks. The company did not communicate with me at all about a delay. I had to contact them and after I followed up 2 weeks after my order wasn't received, then the product shipped - it's as if they only acted upon my follow up and not on the original order.

Didn't get what I ordered and the quality was super low.

I paid for three day shipping hoping to get the product in at least five days. But I didn't get the product for over 3 Weeks way past the intended Mother's Day present date. Although you did refund me $10 for the shipping so that was fair

She loves the gift really made her day! Thank you for the custom names and puzzles everything was perfect

We paid for expedite delivery and it took forever! You need to put on the website that it takes x amount of time for production and once done then it will be delivered

I ordered a few days prior to Mother's Day - it took many days to fulfill the order, but I didn't have an expectation it would arrive before Mother's Day, nor did the seller say it would.

Overall pleased, outside of the shipping - I paid for expedited shipping (2-3 days) and based on tracking, shipping still took 6 days, though I recognize the seller has no control over this. But they should potentially consider another shipping partner if their existing vendor cannot deliver on time.

I wish I would have NEVER ordered from this site. I placed a Mother's Day order on April 14th and paid extra shipping to get my product to me by Mother's Day (3.5 weeks later). It's now June 2nd and I have YET to receive this item. I've requested multiple updates and am told every time that there was an influx in orders (not sure how that's my problem as a customer) and it is being "rushed" and have requested a refund MULTIPLE times with no avail. If it weren't for *some* good reviews, I would honestly think this was a fake company. In my eyes, it was a fraudulent transaction because I paid $90 6 weeks ago and haven't received my product that was promised to make it to me 4 weeks ago.
