It was advertised as 8-10 business days and took over a month to be delivered. Well after Mothers Day which I ordered it for.

When it arrived it was beautiful and a great product.

I received my order way too late. It was a birthday gift and I wasn't able to give it to my husband till weeks after his birthday.
The quality was okay but definitely not worth $55. The band doesnt have enough rings to keep the bracelet closed it just stick up..

The product itself was beautiful and well made. But, I paid for expedited shipping (2-3 days) and the product arrived in 2.5 weeks. The company did not communicate with me at all about a delay. I had to contact them and after I followed up 2 weeks after my order wasn't received, then the product shipped - it's as if they only acted upon my follow up and not on the original order.

I ordered a few days prior to Mother's Day - it took many days to fulfill the order, but I didn't have an expectation it would arrive before Mother's Day, nor did the seller say it would.

Overall pleased, outside of the shipping - I paid for expedited shipping (2-3 days) and based on tracking, shipping still took 6 days, though I recognize the seller has no control over this. But they should potentially consider another shipping partner if their existing vendor cannot deliver on time.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I wish I would have NEVER ordered from this site. I placed a Mother's Day order on April 14th and paid extra shipping to get my product to me by Mother's Day (3.5 weeks later). It's now June 2nd and I have YET to receive this item. I've requested multiple updates and am told every time that there was an influx in orders (not sure how that's my problem as a customer) and it is being "rushed" and have requested a refund MULTIPLE times with no avail. If it weren't for *some* good reviews, I would honestly think this was a fake company. In my eyes, it was a fraudulent transaction because I paid $90 6 weeks ago and haven't received my product that was promised to make it to me 4 weeks ago.
