Made a purchase WITH ROMWE and a couple days later someone withdrew $400 x 2 from MY account in the middle of the night. With the same card I used to purchase from RomWe.
Romwe is a scam. They pretend like they have a great return policy but when you try to make a return it is nonexistent. Do not trust him with your hard-earned money. Rum from them as fast as you can. Dishonest Company.
I ordered something on ROMWE which I then later canceled but it still charged my dads credit card don't use this website unless you want to lose your money.
I have to pay tax and customs fee for something that was less than $100 in value (before the insanely expensive shipping fee was added) and on their site they say they give refunds for that. I emailed them a few days ago but no reply. SHEIN always came through when I had a problem, I thought they were sister companies or something like that. Needless to say, ROMWE is an absolute disaster and if they don't reply even after this review, I'm not accepting the parcel so they will HAVE TO refund what I paid for. So disappointed.
I placed an order 7/28,3 weeks later no shipping indication and I am not able to track this at all! No customer service, I emailed them no reply. It will be a month and nothing received. Never ordering again. I'd like my money back! It's been stuck but can't give me right tracking information. This is the worst site and poor customer service since there is none! They took my money
First of all Laura Wells wrote a review and in the review she gave the number for Romwe customer service. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THAT NUMBER. It is a lie and who knows she maybe a fraud just like them!
Know, I ordered some items from this website for my daughter. I most admit, I did received the items. But, some of them was too big for my daughter. We went on there website to contact customer service and all we got was the run around and bull. Anyhow, we read the policies and follow the instruction for return. All we wanted to do was return the items and get a smaller size. We send the items back with FedEx to the location they provide us on there website. To make a long story short, they never refund us our money. We didn't get to exchange the items. We got confirmation that they received the package we sent them. Its been over a month and we got no reply from them. We email them and they kept telling us to check our points because, the refund may have been credit to the point system they have. Well, that is a LIE! There chat system they have to assist there customer is a bunch of BULL! BIGGEST SCAM! And I am not gonna stop here because, we did our part as the consumer, it's not fair be treated this way.
I have been a Romwe costumer for years. However this time I am very unhappy with my package. I ordered a shirt for a friend and it was horrible! Not what i expected at all! The shirt was poorly hemmed and looks like they just stuck some fabric together. Also I was throwing away the packaging when I saw two ants crawling on it! Very gross..
There's no way to submit a ticket and their "24*7 live chat" is offline lmao. They're an absolute joke. I've been waiting more than 2 weeks for my order and still haven't received it and have gotten no updates in tracking for an entire week.
Their customer service is also non existent. If you like wasting money, go with Romwe.
My Teen daughter ordered sneakers, she went according to the size chart, the sneakers was to small, She requested to send them back. We are waiting for the return slip, so we can ship them back to the company. It's been 3 weeks and we're still waiting for a response from the company, we check the message, on the site, It states In Process. I told my daughter we will never order from them again. There is no phone # to contact them, the 7*24 they don't answer/ don't work.
I am so upset with Romwe I decided to give them a chance and I am highly disappointed I order online and my status said it was delivered and signed but that is false never got it my order number is GRWM8A*******NNM... I just want my money back at this point
ROMWE has no customer service line or email. Their so called customer service is pre-answered computer messages and they direct you back to the delivery company for missing orders but not to themselves.
I ordered clothes for my daughter on June 29th, and then someone from ROMWE customer service marked that my items were delivered on July 12th and we never received them. We first went to DHL (which is the delivery company). They said there was no such item, and to contact ROMWE. I've tried several times to email customer service through *******@romwe.com with all details and no luck. We spent $157.00. Its now August 6th and still no response and no package. BEWARE... do not order from them, you WILL lose money and will have no success in getting a hold of anyone to find out whats happened. I did my due diligence by taking proper steps to figure out whats happened and ROMWE is not following through.
This is not a covid issue, because we received our other package which was ordered 2 weeks after this first missing package and was delivered within 7 days.
My teenage daughter placed an order with them back in April. Paid with a prepaid Visa she got for Christmas. She used my email address for contact, we never have received any email of a receipt, an order number or that item has shipped nothing what-so-ever. But they certainly charged the prepaid Visa the day order was placed. We are in August now, these people are impossible to communicate with and have ignored my numerous emails and messages about this order that I literally have zero info about. I have asked for my daughter to have a refund applied to this card immediately and I get no response ever. Criminals and thieves that's what I believe companies like this are.
I placed an order on July 28. Everything was going smoothly and it seemed to be shipped. Until, today I went onto the app to check my order status and I was logged out. This is super weird because I have never been logged out before. So I went to log in and realized I didn't know my password. I hit the reset password button and I got the email. I tried over 20 times to reset it but every time it said"Reset Password Failed". I am shocked and upset. My order is now lost because I have no way to track it. And, every time I try to contact customer service, I have to log in! But i don't know my password! WTF!
This is a terrible site, tacky cloths, cloths are sent with threads hanging out everywhere, and I tried to return my item which costed me $30 to ship back k them and my order was $30, so now I'm out $60 and they are not doing anything to help me. I definitely do not recommend buying off of here because if you have any trouble there is no solution because there is NOBODY to get in touch with.
I follow their Instagram advertisement popping out and saw their bikini product picture so pretty. I ordered two pairs of bikini and very disappointed by their design, materials, and service. Design is terrible wrong, top bikini strip is so loose, and one of the tops looks like strips hanged me. Jesus! Have they let model try before on the market? Who can wear those! Materials are Okay, but no any stretches space. Not comfortable at all. The worst is the service. Your item CAN NOT be returned, which they didn't state it when you buy. I left reviews and found they can not be posted and are under review by the company. Hahaha, pls enjoy yourself. More clients will know how to waste our money in your company.
I used to be an avid shopper on Romwe. But now is NOT the time to shop on there. The shipping is taking ridiculously long and they're using the pandemic as an excuse. My packages from Shein(their partner company) arrived much earlier and therefore they do not have an excuse to have such slow shipping. My package hasn't even hit in the United States since July 17th. It's been stuck at"arrived at local facility". When I contacted customer support, they continuously change their shipping policies to make it seem like the consumer is impatient. I won't be purchasing from this site until next year. Save the headache and just buy from Shein or elsewhere. And always use Paypal to make purchases.
UPDATE 8/3: So, Romwe sent me a message through SiteJabber. They told me that they believe the package is lost and in order to refund my money, I have to cancel the dispute. What becomes an issue for me, the consumer, is that I've already expressed that the package is lost to their customer service team. They continued to make it seem like I wasn't telling the truth and kept saying to wait longer for my package. If they wanted to refund my money, they would've easily done so through Paypal. This is extremely unprofessional that they're trying to hold onto my money for extended periods of time.
An item I ordered in May was broken. I tried contacting customer service but it was an automated computer response, I then tried emailing them twice but I still haven't received a reply
This company takes the easy way out for customer issues commenting that since they are an online company they do not have a number to get in contact with and automated emails. Emails do nothing to get you in contact with the company, the response is always automated and points you back to the same response. Everything I purchased is returnable yet I have not received my money back nor actual information that would be helpful to return it. If I could give a 0 rating I would because this company only wants your money and nothing else, they do not care about their customer service. You should not order from this company unless you want to be scammed out of your money.
Even though they say its complete, i have been waiting for my withdrawal from my wallet for 1 and a half month now. Their customer service sucks. I was not able to find contact information on their site. All that is available is a robot. Submitting a ticket was also difficult to do on their site. Would never shop from them or suggest them to anybody.
We didn't receive the full order because the packaging was not in tact. Romwe was finally reached with online chat! Hopefully they will make it right.

Answer: Don't know why people still order from this site. Buy at your own risk. Took about 1 mth to get my order and it came damaged. Soooo not worth the discount.
