I received a message from ROMWE letting me know they refunded the return shipping charges of $7.99 - thank you Romwe! I still only gave three stars because they need to updated their return information (and shouldn't charge so much to return an item).
Also, the quality of their clothes is just OK.

Bought two shirts and a sweater. I kept one shirt as the other two were so poorly made and the size wasn't right on one of them. I only kept the one because I really like the pattern of the shirt. The material is thin and stitching on the seams is poor. These will not make it through the wash more than a couple of times. Yes, the clothes are cheap, but truly, you get less than what you pay for them.
Then, they charge shipping and insurance. When I returned the two tops, they provided a shipping label. I looked on their website for where it said anything about cost to return ship. Nothing. Here's a link to their return policy https://us.romwe.com/Return-Policy-a-281.html. It says they will not refund the original shipping cost, but there is nothing about charging an additional $7.99 for the return. Ridiculuous.
Horrible, don't shop here.
I had a HORRIBLE experience with the 24 hr service and when i asked to speak to the manager, he helped solve the issue but didn't really go above and beyond, so i put a very detailed review of my experience and one of the customer service reps gave me 500 points for my troubles and made sure my situation was properly taken care of. If you have issues ask for managers and post detailed reviews and the higher ups will fix it better than the normal employees.
I am really happy with the products from romwe. I am regular customer of romwe. I have purchased lot of products and happy with all of them. They are true to size and fits exactly as in the given display picture. I am happy to continue my shopping and even suggested for most of my friends.
I would like to bring to your notice the poor service that i have received from Romwe. I ordered 2 products with order id number RWXYA******* on 12-08-2018.
I ordered the product believing the website where it stated that the product will be delivered within 7 working days but here i am waiting and mailing the service team where i have not received the product even after 15days post the payment of the same. Every mail i receive the same comment asking me to wait for 1-3 working days and they have been asking their shipping company to deliver it as soon as possible. Although i have been provided with 200 points as a compensation for the poor service but that is only useful if i buy any products from them again and if it is going to take this long then i would prefer not shopping from Romwe ever again.

I ordered $117 worth of clothes and the only thing that fit me was a pair of shorts and that's it. Never ordering from here again. 0/5 stars. Don't waste your money. I want My money back
Shein and Romwe are both asking me to send photos of my government id passport and credit card, i called paypal and my credit card company they said this is very concerning that an online merchant is asking for such photos. Romwe gave me a refund on paypal because i refused, however shein has not given me a refund BEWARE you might not get your clothes or your refund
I'm happy to say that RomWe called me And gave me a refund on my order. I didn't have to send back my order at all (which is good because i gave it to my very tiny sister)
It was very awesome of this company top go out of their way to rectify the situation.

It arrived on time about 7days after order.
But... the dress doesn't even cover my butt. I'm a small - medium canadian. I ordered a medium and yah. So short as and see through.
I also ordered shorts. And they were like a small child size. And see through. Like completely see through. Nothing to the imagination.
Clothes are very cute but they are cheap and I get some with holes. Most of the clothing doesn't last. I wouldn't spend money on the clothing

The shipping takes forever and it will say the expected time is 7-10 days but its much more than that. Also the quality of the sweatshirts are horrible.

I have never seen this kind of embarrassing, poor, chemical infused, dye coming off to the skin and cheap fabric ever in my life.
I will buy one or two legit item than buy nine of the ill-legit ones.
Wasted time, money and feel sorry for the environment.
Clothings are so poorly manufactured that they don't even have the back and the front, threads are coming off, and the fits are very ugly.
I will NEVER EVER buy from Romwe EVER again. And anything from China.
Hey, i just have a question. I am currently looking at phone cases on your website and i saw that they only say the size as in (7p) i have an iphone 8 plus and i just wanted to know if the 7p and the 8p phone case sizes are the same

Update to my previous review: Customer service at Romwe contacted me, apologized, and gave me a full refund for my merchandise. They also followed up to make sure the refund was received and apologized again. So in the end the company did finally contact me about my missing merchandise, showed good customer service and did the right thing. I am satisfied with how this was resolved.
Buyer beware. I placed my order in March. It is now June and I never received my merchandise. I received a partial order with a note that the rest of my order would ship separately. It never came. I have sent several emails inquiring about my order but received no response. Is this a real company? Why is there no answer to my emails? Why have I not received my merchandise? It seems this website has taken my money and left me hanging. I hope someone at this site will see this review and finally comtact me about my missing merchandise. Buyer beware!
I ordered bathing suits from romwe over 2 weeks before I was going away, thinking that would be plenty of time. Little did I know that it would be a week before my bathing suits even shipped. They were processing for 7 days, and I still havent received them and wont in time for my vacation. Very annoying, never ordering from here again.

I bought a large order, over 16 items and every piece was horrible low quality. I have been attempting to return the items I purchased and the customer service is insane! They email, they do not have a phone service and the responses are inconsistent in timing and In service offered. I will never shop there ever again.

Ordered pants which were torned from the side. I pod shipping cost plus insurance cost. And when I checked for return it says we need to pay shipping cost which they won't reimburse! That's unfair for any customer who paid already extra for the product and company ask to pay more cz of their own fault!!!
Not worth it, looks nice on website but what you received is so ugly. I ordered 3 items, 2 of 3 arrived missing a piece. Contact Romwe to request the refund, they ask to send it back at your own cost which is about as much as the cost of what I have paid. Submit the claim through Paypal and Paypal sided with the seller. I have asked them to provide me the return label then i will return it. Why should i buy for the return when the items arrived missing. That is ridiculous. Please do not order from them. I was going to do a big bulk order as a gift for all my family but experience with the company turned me off and I am happy to pay top dollar somewhere else to have the better service and better product quality.
