Worst customer service ever...

I have made a few purchases, without any issue. They have a great assortment of cool products. BUT, after my last purchase I discovered that a product was not as described. I contacted customer service and not only did they refuse to help, they were extremely rude. This was without any doubt the worst customer service I have experienced!
