Still working thru the software
After making payment, I received the invoice and payment receipt, but did not receive the product download link in my email as I had checked my email spam folder as well. I had to contact customer support, and the next day, I received the product down-load link in my email. I hope they can improve on this to make sure customers can receive the products within 15 minutes after making payment.

I started to use the NeuroAnalyzer and hope that it will satisfy my expectations.
There has been no follow up except a foolish one to my repeated requests for technical support to run the software which repeatedly performs part of a task and then stops.
Good follow-up with an opportunity to ask questions.
