Very easy to use.
I had one small glitch.
The other signer was emailed the document and signed it. The website reported that the document was finished.
However, I never received an email to report that it had been signed. When I checked the document, it produced "Waiting for Signature" instead of the 'completed' message I expected. I called and the customer service man was respectful and patient, but couldn't determine the cause of the glitch.
I had to re-enter all the info. All is well now. Thanks.

We needed a very fast Power of Attorney for a serious family health issue, and I didn't have time to research, find, hire, meet with... and attorney. Rocket Lawyer was there when I needed it.
