I did not know there were online legal services available like this. I was looking for a very specific type of agreement and Rocket Lawyer not only had a template for exactly what I needed, it even had state-specific options. The wizard interface takes you through the legal specifications step-by-step, as well as the option to customize aspects of the legal agreement. And there was a digital signature option that made is very easy and fast to get the document signed by all parties and in place. The best, and easiest money I've ever spent for legal paperwork with the option to have an attorney review the agreement. I highly recommend Rocket Lawyer and will use them again when I need legal documents.

I called RocketLawyer today to request a refund as I had canceled my subscription back in June, but was charged for July and August 2021. Randy understood completely and reversed those charges, which once again reinforced why RocketLawyer is the go to place for those requiring wills, living trusts, promissory notes or other legal document templates.

In April 2021 I requested legal documents from Rocket Lawyer. They were prepared in an excellent, timely and professional manner. I did not need a membership but forgot to cancel my enrollment. In August 2021, I contacted Justina in Customer service through their "chat" assistance. She was very professional and assisted me in cancelling my membership and provided me with a refund in a very timely manner. She did an excellent job in following up with me when our "chat" conversation was interrupted. This level of excellent service is rare in today's business world and Rocket Lawyer is fortunate to have her as part of their customer service team! Thank you

I am retired. A former co-worker asked me to provide her with a letter of recommendation. Since I had never had any reason to create such a letter previously... I googled the web & the RocketLawyer site came up. It was a very easy application to use. I actually had some difficulty accessing the document I created, but I believe it must have been due to the fact that I was using Edge rather than Chrome... so I had to jump through hoops to get the doc printed to send to my friend. I don't anticipate ever having to use any of the documents or your resources in the future... but if I do need assistance I will surely go to your website!
