I called to get a refund for my account after forgetting to cancel my trial run. Taylor made sure I got my refund while we were on the phone and I immediately saw the funds back in my bank. He then offered me a subscription for $1 month which was better for me right now. Best customer service experience i've ever had over the phone.

I have used Rocket Lawyer on several occasions. Recently I was charged with developing a policy for Anti-Harassment for a faith-based organization. Rocket Lawyer had a template for this particular policy that was simple to customize and download. The template contained all the required content needed in the policy. When developing a rental agreement for a house I had secured, I was pleased to locate a template on the website that could be customized for the laws in my state. The website is easy to use and stores the developed forms. Customer service representatives are professional and helpful!
