I needed a new rental agreement and was quoted hundreds of dollars to make a lease from scratch. Instead I was able to make this in about an hour for less than $50. Covered everything I need. I would have liked to see a clause in here about inspections on the property though! This is something I definitely wanted to maintain from my old lease but completely forgot about till after the tenant had signed the lease.
