I liked the template I was able to create for selling an auto for texas.
There are 2 things I didn't like.
1st: The $20 price was too much for that document, when it's free at the courthouse but the court near me was closed due to Harvey floods.
2nd: The document did not have a selection if the seller prefers to take down payment and decides to take payments a month from seller. There should be an option there and to be signed in front of notory if they fill yes for payments.
Other then that the form is good.
Our business had a transaction contract legal matter, and the advice from a generous Rocket Lawyer attorney pointed us directly to a resolution.

I found Alicia to be very attentive to my needs as a customer. I was interested to cancel my account, but she sugessted if I still want to have access to the documents/contracts I should downgrade which I was beyond happy to do.
