I've been playing this game since I was 12. I got banned recently because I fired back at a troll saying homophobic stuff and he reported me. I sent in an appeal the same day I found the ban and none of the answers given to me by the automatic responses were helpful. I doubt they will actually respond because of how crappy their customer service and moderation system is. They are very picky choosey with who they ban and what they ban you for. They won't ban a user for a documented cyber bullying incident WITH EVIDENCE AND RECEIPTS but they'll ban you for defending yourself against a homophobe and you just happened to say a goofy insult to them that just so happened to violate their policies? Ridiculous. Let's be real, every video game platform geared toward kids is going to have inappropriate material on it. That's just how the internet is, unfortunately. Do better, Roblox. This site is too nostalgic for me to just give it up, but I'm getting there. Minecraft is better anyways.

My son was gifted several gifts cards for Christmas. Unfortunately, we later learned that some of these gift cards could not be used on his Xbox. When attempting to reach costumer service for support, the continued to reply by sending articles. In short, they could not transfer over $50 worth of Gift Cards into his Xbox and requested we go through our retailer. I was denied a refund even though they could see that we entered the code online and spent the money on Robux. One small barrier, this was a gift from someone out of state. Imagine the hassle of having to send this back, have them return it and go back and forth with the retailer so we could get our money back? My advice, avoid buying any specific Roblox gift cards that are intended to be used on Xbox. Simply go through the Xbox store. Finally, do not expect much from costumer service. Good luck!

Me and my cousin both tried to get robux today neither of our codes worked. I tried to redeem my card which is how you do it and it said it was already redeemed, when i never did i just opened it. And my cousins card just didnt wok in the first place. When we called roblox to try to help they said they couldnt do anything. Which is dumb we just spent 75 dollars on roblox, we got ripped off... DO NOT BUY THERE GIFT CARDS.

I've been playing roblox for 5 years now and no longer will. I got my account deleted for my behaviour. It's honestly unfair, all I was doing was defending myself from other users which were disrespectful to me. If you want to play this game then don't defend yourself or you will end up like me with a waste of money on robux and all your in-game items you worked hard for all gone.

I wish i am gonna rate Roblox a 5-star review, Let me explain this. So when Roblox is down they said they are gonna upgrade the game, After the maintenance of Roblox upgrading things got worse, i have received a error codes 277 & 279 which is unacceptable Roblox needed to fix this, It happened between me and my best friend. Our Internet connection was fine until the stupid error codes started to interrupt our Role-Play in LiveTopia.

Believe me, I played Roblox for 3 years now. What I can tell for sure is that people seem to have VERY different opinions on Roblox. (Some people hate it, some people can't survive without it.) And I'm one of those people that can't survive without it. There are over 40 million games created by users on Roblox, so if you decide to play you might find one that you actually will spend time of your life playing. You can also customize your avatar, create groups, make games, etc. So yeah you get the basic idea. But what I love most about Roblox isn't about what I just listed. I love Roblox because of how many friends I made! The first thing I do after school is hang out, chat, play games with my friends on Roblox.

Roblox is really the best game that I ever found.
Hey, if I hadn't I'll be bored all the time.
So yeah, if you don't play Roblox I'd recommend joining.

I've had roblox for a few years now. It is a very amazing game. Good for kids/teens to be interactive with others, meet new people, and have a good time on many games. Getting to create and design your own games as well as being able to make clothes, and earn robux! I've played many games on roblox and none have yet to disappoint me. My favorite game on roblox so far is Adopt Me. I've been really attached to this game, it's a very fun game. Either getting to be a parent or kid, and having your own pets, also being able to trade with others and getting the pet of your dreams. It's a very fun game i enjoy it very much. Now recently there has been a christmas update. Very exciting, 8 new amazing pets to enjoy and buy with gingerbread. What i have noticed is the pricing of the pets… i understand it is easy to get the gingerbread and also 3 ways to earn them but i still agree the pets are a bit overpriced. 10 thousand for one pet is acceptable but 120 thousand? I feel that is way overpriced for one animal that isn't even a legendary. It's nice to be able to buy gingerbread with robux but even then that's a lot of robux for a small amount of gingerbread. This is my opinion and i know others do agree. Maybe even setting the price for all the pets to 10 thousand is acceptable but 120 is way too overpriced. Especially for someone who doesn't have robux 24/7. I hope someone does see this and maybe decides to change it. I'm not the only one who thinks this way. Personality many people i'm sure do. The game is really fun and enjoyable but the prices are not. If someone actually sees this please reply. Preferably someone who is in the roblox company and maybe can sort this out. I just don't find it fair. Thanks again.

Roblox keeps crashing all the time even when I join a server, it also is rigged and broken so I hate roblox.

This game is really fun! If you have not tried this game, you should! There are millions of games on Roblox that people make. From pirates, to survival, to roleplay and to obbys, you'll always have something to play. Let's not forget about the free game developing software, Roblox studio. You can make your own games with studio.

People should not use Roblox because people are playing it too much and not thinking about The outside world like getting together with kids instead of playing that game it's taking away a friendship with people sitting on their devices all day long and it's boring because I need something to do after school like an activity just now while they're in school but please get back to me as soon as possible thanks

ROBLOX is down because their core backend system broke. This is really bad and the engineers are working really hard to fix it #thankyouengineers

I would give the game 4 stars if it didn't keep crashing before the final halloween update. The game is overall good but some experiences are way to pricey. Let alone that, to play one game fully you need to buy something like 3 game passes per experience. I like the graphics and the overall design, although on the official avatar editor page you don't have many different editing options, the game is not bad. The reasons i gave 2 stars are 3: first, since it got updated for halloween the game stopped loading, saying an unexpected error had occured. Second, way to little editing choice for your avatar and to have a larger set of possibilities you have to use robux (that cost real money). Last thing is, the game censures random words in chat, such as, 7, 8, 9, come (in larger sentences), marry, merry, house (with numbers following), age, name, live, love, bed, sleep (in sentences), together, cook, eat, ecc...
For example, one can't, due to the large amount of censoring, type the sentence: "what is your roleplay age/name?" or "should me and my sister share a bedroom?" or also "i live in house (68), come visit"
