I put in multiple orders but they weren't executed when hit the stop or limit. Don't use this app. I should of made 20,000 in 3 days. The limit order price was hit and was not executed by Robinhood. It would of almost doubled my investment with Carvana stocks at 7.20 and now almost 12,3 days later and crypto set at.073 to not sell, I'm very disappointed in this company.
I invested approximately $600 making $1000 through stocks. Suddenly one day they indicated they cannot verify my account and for the last at least four months I have been trying to get my money out however they have now closed my account and will not help me even though I verified my account multiple times. They have stolen money and I have no way to get it back. Do not invest with them.

Customer Service, there is none, it's HORRIBLE! It takes Hours of being "on hold" to only be told they have to transfer you.
They have "Money Grabbing" techniques like, they have Robinhood Gold Pop Ups and when you make a mistake and hit join, but then realize you hit a wrong button and go back in to Cancel, within 5 minutes, they keep your money. You put in a call request. When they call you back, they need to transfer you and you wait and wait...
Don't do it! Save your Time and go with a reputable company such as ETrade. I don't even want Robinhood on my devices anymore.
Believe me when I tell you, you will experience nothing but Problems & Aggravation. Customer Service, there is none, it's rediculas.
This company isn't trustworthy at all, they actually all nice when they want you to keep depositing but once you have made enough and want to take out your profits, different issues start arising in your account.
They even initiated trades without my permission, it was just a lot not until I got assistance from futuresaidcom that help me secure reimbursements back from this company.

Changed phone numbers because mine broke. Have been trying to get into my account for 6 months. They send me to a site to verify my identity, take pictures of id and then me. The camera barely works on this site and have been submitting and resubmitting for so long I finally just said keep my money it is not worth the hassle.

This is the most unrepeatable investment financial group, they have hidden fees and when you try to cash your stock you run in all kind of problems and fees they will say you set up the account not us, the worst part is theres no customer service to call, you have to use the chat or email and you have to wait for a whole day, waste of time and money, stay away from this group they are crooks, you will lose your money and sanity..
This is a misleading app. You can not get your money out when you want it. They make it ridiculously hard to get your own money out. THEN- When you go to get your money out, they pull a fast one with the way that they word the *transfer*! I have screenshots from the rep even saying that many of their customers make that *mistake*- which means Robinhood gets to sit on YOUR money for another two weeks! I notified Robinhood of a fraudulent account creation 3 days ago and still have had no response. Inexcusable for them to ignore reports of fraud.
I have scary and extremely bitter experience. WITHOUT MY CONSENT, Robinhood initiated a transfer of fund from my bank account to Robinhood account. This happened 2 times. Second time when I reported, instead of finding the glitch in their system, they locked out my account and started to verify my identity and asked me to provide legal documents and my photographs. I provided requested information 3 times. It's almost 2 weeks by now and my account is still locked. I'm not getting any appropriate response from support team. They can't figure out the problem in their system. Very concerning...

My children pushed me towards this company... I bought a few things... spent a few dollars... but don't ask me what or how well it has done because while deleting my browser history I managed to get signed out of my Robinhood account and they will not let me back in... they say the only way for me to gain access for my account is via a cell phone so they can send me a code... they are not the only account that uses this form of verification but they are the only one who does not know anything about email or land lines... not everyone has a cell phone... apparently this is the only way they know how to send a code so I am out my money and my purchases... yet they managed to email at least three times a week with ads for upgrades and to let me know I can view my account statements or to verify my tax info... none of which apply to me since I cant get into my account without a cell phone.
The Robinhood imput restrictions on my account, i can do nothing with my money the customer service ask me for all my documents SSN, Bank statements, Selfie, Passport. Valid ID etc.
I uploaded all my documents and after 10 days waiting they say my account will be deactivate. Noe im waiting 12 days and they dont give mo money back, can't transfer my funds, withdrawal i cant do nothing.

My account got compromised from this app. Attn: Listen folks don't share your account info with Robinhood or any online app with your routing number. I have been the victim of this app. Someone access my account info from here. It's just an advise to all of you as public awareness. Nothing has been done by Robinhood so far in returning my stolen funds other than the issuing tickets. I changed my account and deleted this ominous app. I don't want to see someone else going through same ordeal.

I had an open credit call spread for SPY that was expiring in less than 30 minutes, about $1.50 out of the money (for those uninitiated: unless SPY saw significant movement very quickly, I was golden). Then some bozo on their risk management team closed my position for a loss of $1,750 despite the fact that I had plenty of collateral to cover the trades.
In conversation with three folks from their support team, they all agreed that there was little risk to my position, there was virtually no chance of me losing more money than I had committed as collateral, two indicated that they are currently looking to change their policies so that such things don't happen in the future, and yet there was zero chance of any kind of remediation.
They are unilaterally making assessments about risk that have very little basis in reality and that they KNOW are based on bad criteria, as they are looking to change them. Incredibly incredibly frustrating. I should have paid more attention to everyone decrying them over the last couple years.
(As a further element you may want to be aware of: through talking to support I was even told that they would automatically close a credit put spread that looked like it might get pinned, even though the risk involved there is essentially nonexistent. I can't imagine how frustrated I would have been if that had happened. I have zero trust in them.)

I have been trying to with draw money from my robbin hood account to my bank account for about a month now. When I try to do so I get a message saying that my account is restricted from making transfers. I emailed support about a month ago and they provided me with a link to upload my ID and verify my identity which I have no problem with. How ever the link provided will not let me upload a photo of my id and I've been trying to upload my personal info but the same message about hardware issues keeps on appearing. Now they are asking for my a photo of my social and PDF's of my bank statements. I am very frightened that I will not be able to get my money out, and it appears I'm not the first person this has happened to. If you are first getting into trading absolutely avoid Robbinhood at all costs because you may never see your money again. I am currently using Public to trade and I have had no issues with drawing money.

Answer: No you don't get help, i've sent 10 emails since 10 days ago and now freaking replies. Never traded on margin or options and initiated a transfer out of robinhood yet they didn't move everything and now say I owe them money. Plus things I sold out completely on 1/27 showed up in my Merrill account on 2/2 BUT at a way higher price than I paid. So such a scam and they will never help you
