Two years ago, I was in the Halloween mood but was down because I didnt anything fit to wear. My friend, sick of my frustrations, referred me to ROASO. I didnt believe my eyes after navigating their website. They did not only have a variety of what I needed for the Halloween party but plenty of dresses that I could choose from for my brothers wedding. Since the wedding was in the following week, I wanted a Halloween custom and a party dress.
The warm and welcoming customer service wasted no time in helping me with exactly what I needed. I was surprised when my shipment arrived on the third day. When it comes to logistics, I gave them thumps up! What amazed me was the fact that the clothes were as beautiful, classic, and quality as portrayed in the picture. Honestly, having been the first time I was purchasing from them, I must say that was impressive.
Only four days to the wedding party, I decided to have classic sunglasses to go with my outfit as it was summer. I thought of getting another pair to swimming wear as mine was becoming uncomfortable with my adding weight. My friends thought it was late to order but wait, Iam a daredevil. I went for it! ROASO had my back, just as expected. My shipment arrived on the third day again. Thats when I decided that for all my clothes and accessories, ROASO is my option.
Its now two years down the line and every time a make a purchase I get tickled pink. My friends are now purchasing from ROASO and they can only agree more with me. I recommend you to try them. These people are terrible. Quality of clothes is terrible also! I asked for the return address to send back the items, of course it was out of the country, go figure... which I originally didn't know, if I would've known I wouldn't have ordered from them from the beginning. They finally sent me the return address after several emails stating that I wanted a full refund. They first offered me a refund of $3.00 to keep and sell the item to someone else. ABSURB RIGHT! Long story short it's been over a month and still no refund from them... I'll never shop here again!

I am a huge addict of shopping and scouring through websites in search of goods. I came across Roaso and decided to give this a try, and MAN! I am glad I did. While I was looking through the website, I kept thinking of how stylish the clothes were and they were all of latest trends and designs. I ordered 3 tops along with a jeans and a skirt. As soon as I placed the order, I got a confirmation call and was assured that my package would be delivered to me in 5-6 days. However, I received it before the given time frame in superb and safe packaging. The quality of the clothes was exceptional, and the colors and sizes were exactly as shown on the website. As with other online sites, I was expecting that at least one of these products would be wrong or would have to be returned. But it was not the case with Roaso.

I am very very satisfied and would highly recommend it to all my friends. I now look forward to going to work because I have these incredible clothes to impress people with. I will definitely be ordering again from here.

I placed a order on 9/23/17 and was given a tracking number about a week later but no update was given on the package. So I constantly checked the package and finally a date was given which was 10/16/17@8:00pm my package should be relieved I knew something was up once seen that bcuz usps does no deliver at the time and I constantly send the site email and I've only receive 1 email in return from the site advising me to wait and my package should be to me soon. So now today is 10/17/17 and still no package came and I sent out another email and no response yet and the date that I should receive my package has magically disappeared smh. This site is a scam, fraud and they will never have to worry about me again stealing and scamming ppl out of their money

No qualms! ROASO (Sitejabber) is superb and reliable when it comes to wardrobes collection. I made order on 17-09-2017 for a pants I needed for an upcoming event I'd have, It was a girls day-out event. I searched over some bunch of sites that sell clothes, but I was so muted only with ROASO. I found that superb and adorable cloths so then, I decided to go with ROASO and make order. Logistics &Delivery with ROASO was quite fast and service was really good that I didn't even wait so much for delivery. When my cloth arrived I noticed nice &good quality on it, so I was really excited and put it on. It appears to be so superb on me!. I was really so gracious and I couldn't wait for the day for the event. Finally, the big day came. I was ready on time, and was so sited by every guest present, every single woman at the party asked me about my pants. They were all amazed, they were all like: This pants is so dazzling on you, it fit well on you good! Where do you get it from? I want some of this too! So I was very inquisitive about giving this site who enabled me look so nice to them! Also they was thrilled about the fabric &clothing content. Quality on clothes can be seen here. I have become a regular customer of Roaso.com. I have placed exactly 8 orders over the past couple of months, some big orders and some small. With those 8 orders, I have received wonderful customer service. After I place an order, they just get going with their business and I know their Logistics is fast as the orders would be shipped within the next few business day. It states on their website that it would take 8-15 business days. No matter the size of the package I would always receive it in exactly 8 days, sometimes I would even get it a day earlier.
However, there were some incidents I had with Roaso but it was taken care of right away as their customer service is always up to the task to handle any situation, and it wasn't even their fault from what I've learned.
This online store is super reliable, it has really good quality clothes, for great prices, and they have awesome sales all the time. I'm really surprised with the bad reviews I saw, and I just wanted to share my personal experience with the company. For whoever that is hesitant with ordering from here, don't let the bad reviews discourage you. This is an awesome company. Even I was hesitant at first, but when I got the first two-piece that I ordered 3 months ago on my hands, I knew I will be coming often here and it seems to be true as I still come here to buy the trendiest outfits all the time.
