I ordered this swimsuit ( https://www.roaso.com/products/roaso-floral-printing-cyan-polyester-two-piece-swimwear) despite most online reviews saying the items from this site are poor quality or that they look nothing like they do in the photos. I just got the suit in the mail today and I am quite confused. The shaw is nice and colorful, but the bathing suit itself is bizarre and feels more like halloween costume material. It doesn't really feel like I could swim in it and its more like a 4 piece suit. The bottoms aren't horrible but they have no support in them, the do not feel like a bathing suit at all. The top was the real kicker, it is a long narrow piece of fabric with no instruction as to how it is supposed to be worn, how to tie it, how to make it actually cover you without exposing your chest and it came with two unattached belled sleeves. When the say off the shoulder they really mean OFF THE SHOULDER because it is not attached at all! I actually have no idea how this is considered a finished piece, and why anyone would pay 30+ dollars for it. I am not pleased and I would NOT recommend buying this item unless this is the type of thing you're into. I will include photos soon so you can get a better idea of what I am talking about. Also, I would like to include that I tried to post this review to their site on the swimsuit that I purchased and they don't post them! The only reviews on there and the only positive reviews on any website are OBVIOUSLY from the people who own the 'store'. It is comical how bad there products are.

If I could rate it ZERO stars I would! I purchased a champion jumpsuit from there. I paid rush processing, so it came in fairly quickly. I ordered a large, but I received a large that was larger than life! So, with it being so large, the writing down the pants leg was not proportionate at all. Barely visible if you ask me. & to top it all off. The writing on the sleeve, which was supposed to say champion said hampion. When I emailed them, they insisted that the item was not defective & kept offering me coupons & a refund of $3 & then $5. Which is not even half of what I paid. Then told me there were 2 different versions of the jumpsuit. Then why was I sent this version and not the one I saw on the website. So, I have filed a dispute with PayPal & currently waiting for their decision.

Oh and the reviews on their site are fake & lies. On the site it says they have a 30 day return policy but dont honor it. They are full of lies, & have bad understanding. Worst customer service ever. Please DO NOT waste your money.

I placed an order with them because of something that caught my eye on instagram. I ordered 2 shirt dresses - big mistake - they were nothing like the pictures and the quality SUCKS. There is no number for customer service - so you have to send an email, I sent an email requesting a return label because on their website you cant initiate a return without speaking to customer service (red flag). I got the first reply asking me to take pictures of the merchandise - which I kindly declined and asked again for a return label. My second reply came from another rep who informed me that it would cost 20-60 dollars to ship the item back which is my cost (the items only cost 51 dollars) so my best option would be to sell the items to someone else. As stated from others do not I repeat do not buy from the company.

Purchased a dress for work from this site. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. Not only was it way too large (on all 8 of the girls who purchased them, multiple sizes). Finding this out I had emailed to have the order cancelled before it shipped, they shipped it anyway. Now they are telling me it can cost $60 to have it returned and then a refund issued. Whats the point. The dress wasnt that much, but I do not have that kind of money to waste. I am disgusted with this company and their lack of customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

I purchased some clothing from this company, and there was a few items I didn't like I followed all return instructions. I have not had any communications with this company
I have sent pictures to show the clothes have not been worn. I have not received a return label, a address where I can ship the merchandise back and I have no phone number where I can reach anyone at all! It should not be this hard to get this situation handled.

I saw the site and I somehow doubted if I could trust them but I decided to give it a try and i ordered The roaso sexy deep v neck patchwork long coat and am loving it, the texture feels great, amazing quality delivery was super fast, unlike other site where I was not satisfied with their costumer service, the customer care could relate to the little challenges I had. The Cloth look like a nice buy with promising quality. So in love with my coat, looking from mirror to mirror. Hubby is laughing.

Roasa is one of the most unique clothing sites I have ordered from in a while. I experiment with different online stores to test their quality of clothes, customer service, and shipping process. I have had issues before with other online stores, but Roasa is one of the few that stands out. Their site is very organized and easy to operate. The quality of the garment I ordered felt very plush, and fit true to size. Not only does this site produce a great product but they sell their items for great prices! I recommend this site if you are looking for clothing gifts for friends, family, and loved ones. This website would be a great vendor for the holidays The company shipped out my order the next day and I received it within 2-3 business days. I'll have to say that is a pretty good processing time because of I am pretty sure we all do not play about our money. The item I received was exactly like what I saw online which is another plus for Roasa. I have to say I do not have any complaints about this company! :) I recommend that others give it a shot for themselves and see how they like Roasa's clothing, but I have to say I am a satisfied customer who will be back to purchase more from this store. I am willing to support any company showing their hard work. I can not wait to watch this company grow and become more efficient for today's very competitive online market. You are doing a good job so far Roasa; keep up the great work!

I order 7 outfits 10/22/17 and I still haven't received anything. I order those outfits for my birthday 11/4. The tracking number doesn't work and never updated. I just checked again and it's said item is lost. How can it be lost and I never received it? The last updated it said it was in China October 30,2017. Now the tracking not working? This website is stealing people money. Please don't order from them and don't believe these people who saying that the clothes look like the website and they are good service. It's all a lie for you to buy from them.

Honestly, I had a good experience with Roasa. I buy most of my goods online stores and the last two orders didnt go very well. So I decided to try a fresh different store. After hours of research, I came across Roasa. At first, I was skeptical about Roasa and didnt expect much from them. But they exceeded my expectations with good customer service. I was having some problems with the order I placed and didnt know what to do, so I contacted Roasa and their customer representative was so friendly and very helpful. And of course, the logistics is fast as well as fast shipments. I received the package on time and didnt have any issues. I was really impressed with good quality clothes offered in this online store. The clothes are as beautiful as the picture.
For those looking for a new place to order their clothes, Roasa is the best place. I will definitely be coming back for more! Thanks a lot!

The clothes look nice online, but when I received my dresses they were either snagged, beading was already fallen apart, and/or smelled like they were washed in diesel. To make matters worse, even though Im still within the refund timeframe, I was asked, could I keep the clothes or sell them to friends? They then proceeded to tell me that shipping back would cost me $40 plus so how much would it take for me to just keep the clothing. Its now been weeks and I have not received any amount of refund and they are not responding to emails. Do not use this site.

We have made several purchases from Roaso for our local store and there is nothing to be disappointed about. There products look just as stunning as they do on their website in the pictures. I dont have one complaint from our customers as to the appearance of the clothing. Their customer service is what every company should have they are there to answer your questions and all of your concerns. Along with their customer service they offer fast logistics when you place an order there is no time waiting for the clothing. But Roasa exceeded my expectations with excellent and reliable customer service. I was having some difficulties making the payments and didnt know what to do, so I contacted customer service and helped me place the order. Not only the clothes are good quality, but they are also very lovely. The best part is that the clothes are as beautiful as the picture. I had a great shopping spree with Roasa. I and my sister are always buying online and its so hard to find a site that is actually genuine and you can trust them. I ordered a black v-neck long coat for my sisters and me a few days back as it is her birthday next week and she was asking for a black dress from so long. Rather than a dress, I order her the coat so she can wear it with other looks too, I just received them and it is very cute. They have such good service and good quality clothes. I was worried about the sizes I ordered, as clothes seem different in a picture and in reality, but the clothes are as beautiful as the pictures. The material is good, the cloth was not very stiff or very soft it was in-between so it does not look crumbled. I found some difficult to order with the payment but their customer service people helped me place my order. The shipping is very fast and the clothes are the same. Check the sizes carefully before you ordered from them so you do not have to go through the refund process. Their logistics is fast and you cannot complain about fast shipments, can you? Overall the website is great and the good thing is we have a new go-to website for our shopping spree. If I only I could attach a picture of my sister, you could have the idea how cute the coat is.
